I wish I could give them no stars. I tried to refill a prescription early so they canceled my entire subscription. You might as well be talking to a automated computer.

This used to be a good service with a timely and pleasant experience. However, as a subscriber and someone who has constant issues and need faster service and care, I can no longer recommend Wisp. I used to could get my prescriptions within a few hours. Now a few hours have turned into days, and its just not worth it anymore for the price. There's more convenient services out here.

This website falsely states that you can get prescriptions within the same day. It takes the provider 24 hours to reply to each message and they have no customer support number, only email which takes them…you guessed it, 24 hours to reply. I reached out to them on Wednesday and didn’t get a resolution until Saturday. If you need medication QUICKLY I would suggest going to another company. I also noticed that they overprice their medication, I had to go to another company to get medication quick and the competitors pricing was almost half of Wisps.

My provider prescribed a medication that is derived from a product that I'm allergic to. I did not know this but was informed by the pharmacist that I wouldn't be able to take the medication. The pharmacist said they would reach out to the provider to have the prescription adjusted. 4 days later I am still waiting for a new prescription to be provided. I'm still experiencing symptoms and they are worsening so I plan to go to Urgent Care near my home tomorrow instead. I feel neglected and I cared for, and put in a potentially dangerous situation.

Website does not clearly state which medications are not available for home delivery. Don’t believe the $30/3 months on certain medications (Slynd). They’ll send prescription to the pharmacy for pickup where you’ll owe more money.. over $600. Won’t send prior authorization so birth control will be covered by insurance. Charged me for a service/medication I did not receive. Refusing refund. Don’t waste your time!

It took 3 days for me to get my medication. And it was a different doctor who I spoke to each time. Patient support had to intervene to get my medications pushed through to the pharmacy. This experience was way more disappointing than my last one.

I ordered an emergency contraceptive along with nausea medication that was suggested for use with the emergency contraceptive, and once it was approved and sent to the pharmacy, I went to the pharmacy and they do not carry that brand by the time it would have arrived it was already out of the five day after unprotected sex. I asked for it to be canceled, but only the Ella was canceled and now they’re refusing to give me a refund for the nausea medication that I only bought because I needed it along with the emergency contraceptive .never again.

Been a week and still cant pick up my prescription, price on the website if completely false and it takes way to long to communicate back and forth
