I'm satisfied with the service, it was very fast. You don't have to wait for an appointment, then drive there and wait some more. The reason I have 4 star instead of 5 was because of the price, it was way to expensive. I'm sure more people would use it if prices were reasonable.

I am SO glad i found this. I get the same infection so frequently and doctors always want me to wait 3+ weeks before i can get an appointment. I used wisp and got meds same day!!!! I kinda wish there was a way to describe symptoms other than check boxes though just to be thorough.

I love that I found wisp had really bad uti it was a Saturday so I didn’t want to have to pay for an er visit. Answered few questions for the dr my prescription was ready at my pharmacy in the morning.

EDIT: Since the review was posted, I'd been contacted by customer service through email as well as by phone multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. After being contacted and told that my doctor would follow up with me shortly, I placed another order for the same prescription, as my choices were slim and my time window of getting it was closing. They have been highly responsive and we're able to clear things up within a few hours. They say the doctor disapproved the first prescription on accident, so they approved my second order request. I was assigned a new doctor, Dr. Purdy, who answered my questions within 30 minutes and got my prescription ready for me to pick up the next day. They also refunded me the money for the discount code I used on the first order, but wasn't able to use for the second order. Very helpful turn around versus the initial impression. ORIGINAL: I ordered the "delay your period" pill and the doctor said, "it wouldn't be a good fit for me" and cancelled the order. 3 Minutes after getting the message, I replied asking if they could clarify why and I never got a message back. I emailed support and they said to direct all medical questions to my doctor, the one who sent one message and never responded. Also, they claim the doctor gets back to you within a few hours, it's been 3 days. I go on vacation in 4 days and my period starts in 3. Really disappointing as their service was one of few offered to me in the state my college is in. It was more about understanding why the prescription wasn't approved and getting a response on alternatives, but they couldn't be bothered to respond.
