Horrible customer service

Scam. You pay for it then it costs hundreds to pick it up

Terrible website , Bots in this website instead of real doctors, they didnt specify that spirolectone wasnt birthcontrol and i bought it and was drinking it when i wanted birthcontrol for my hormonal imbalance and to prevent pregnancy, i couldve gotten a unwanted pregnancy if i didnt realize sooner my medication wasnt birthcontrol. I asked again for an actual birth control prescription and i got denied because i already took spirolectone and its not good to combine with birth control , i said to the “doctor” i could stop taking it so i can continue with actual birth control and they ignored my message completely after that.

I've been waiting awhile for my order to be be approved and sent to the pharmacy. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting. I keep getting these messages from their customer service team stating sorry for the delay and that they are going through a lot of consultations and that my order is in the doctors queue. They claim that they will send your script over in 24 hours. As I mentioned, I am still waiting and this is well over 24 hours. But as I'm waiting, they asked me to verify my identity, etc. I did that, but for what? Still haven't heard anything!!!

Took money. Never sent prescription. It’s been days. Customer support was non existent, I’ve been ghosted. I’m going to dispute charges with the bank.

Gone downhill over the past 2 years since I first used them, which is sad as they provide a valuable service. Very slow to do anything, especially respond to questions (on messaging service or through emailing their customer service). When they do respond it’s a canned answer that doesn’t actually address the question. I ended up giving up and going to an urgent care instead. Either their internal processes need revising or they’re overwhelmed with volume of customers. I’m sure they’ve charged me for services that they haven’t provided, and I’ll stand no chance in getting my money back.

Takes a week for the box to arrive, takes a week for the box to get back to them (it isn’t priority mail), and then it takes 5 days to get the results. Quicker to go to the dr and get tested and get your peace of mind.

First, I had to fill out the intake forms 3 times because the doctor was canceling the order every time they just needed information (repeatedly asking for my blood pressure) and then replacing the order. Then I had to tell them 4 different times not to give me a generic version because I was paying through the site for a specific brand, as the generics have given me horrible side effects (which I mentioned repeatedly), the first 3 times I asked, they ignored me until the 4th time I asked when they finally admitted they dont have the brand in stock and were just going to give me the generic without telling me anyway. They were charging the name brand price for a generic and were effectively lying both directly on their website and by omission about it, even when asked directly.
