Fast, efficient, as described. Never got the labs email though.

There was a glitch with sending it the pharmacy- but I emailed support and they replied within an hour stating the website was undergoing maintenance. I checked back and it worked. The pharmacy was confused about the doctor prescribing it but they figured it out eventually. Whenever I had an issue I emailed support and they got back to me within an hour or so. My script was ready by 5 pm and I had ordered it around 2:30 pm.

Being able to get antibiotics antibiotics to treat a UTI is amazing! I did however select an antibiotic, I put in my notes that my family had a certain heart condition. When I picked up the prescription it said that if your family history has that same heart condition that it is unsafe to take. I was able to get another prescription through Wisp but that was a first go around was a waste of money and time. To prevent this perhaps each choice could've linked to all necessary info about the drug. This could've also been prevented if my note was read by the doctor/ the doctor understood the medication precautions.

UPDATE: the company contacted me and resolved the issue. Their representative was very nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that it shouldn’t have taken a negative review to get my order but nobody is perfect and I appreciate that they did make it right. 2 weeks and my order still hasn’t shipped. The post office is open, I get mail every day so this delay feels an awful lot like bs.

I love those access though the price is more for the convenience. I appreciated this service and it was done well! My co-pay, like many others is $30 a visit and if I go to the urgent care I can pay that and then the $5-$10 for the rx when I pick it up. So overall $35-$40. With wisp I spent $67 or $60 for a one time dose and didn't sit or talk in front of a doctor though I know one reviewed the request. I appreciate it all I just wish that the cost was a little less, like $20 or so less. Thank you for all that you do and perhaps the cost adjustment can't be made due to many reasons I just wanted to rate ya and let you know. 💚💚💚

I love the accessibility of wisp, being able to get medications so easily and online delivered directly to my door is such a blessing. The only thing I would change is I wish it was just a little more accessible price-wise; it can be spendy to get medication this way. But for the convenience and ease I would say it's well worth the cost.
