The only fault i see and reason 4 stars and not 5 is ..... they don't tell you that you can't call drug store with prescription # and get refill like with most prescriptions!!! And I had problems and went through the pain and was coming out the back side of symptoms and 4 calls to drug store before they told me I needed to call and reorder from wisp!!! TOTAL BUMER. I do hope wisp will fix this problem by either seeing to it that the drug stores will refill when calling with a valid # OR make sure patient KNOWS do not call drug store list on bottle but call wisp everytime!!!!

I love how quick and easy it is to get the help and then get refills. I only give four stars as I am uncertain why the cream says a pump applicator and in fact has a pump too like one, but does not function as one. It pumps nothing out.

It was very convenient and nice, especially since it can be embarrassing to do in person. Clear instructions and the pamphlets on the different prescriptions were great as well! My only issues were it took almost two wells to get to me, and one the bottles was completely broken inside the box when it arrived, so the pills were poured out and I had to spend some time separating them from broken pieces of bottle and paper shavings/padding.

Very quick and helpful. Would definitely use again in a pinch. A little on the expensive side but if you can’t get into the clinic it definitely is worth it.

So far so good. I like to have medication on hand for emergencies/treat chronic infections. While I like being able to order them, the subscription/ordering can be confusing.

I am so so glad I found Wisp. I have always hated figuring out UTI's with a gp, I don't even really have a gp, so going to urgent care or walk ins, is difficult. Especially this summer, I probably gave myself a uti due to stress (we have evacuated twice for fire and now are dealing with flash floods). It has been near impossible to leave with roads washing out, so having an online option with delivery is really great. Thank you.

I think Wisp provides a great platform to help women get medications they need without having to take off from work to go to the Dr. It's easy and convenient. My one complaint is that it is incredibly slow. We live in a world of "Amazon fast". However it takes over a week to get wisp products. There needs to be an option to choose faster shipping. Some problems are urgent.
