Truly such a scam. This company will take your money to send a prescription to your pharmacy and then completely abandon all responsibility and standards of care that they promise you. As soon as you’ve paid don’t expect any helpful contact or communication from these doctors they just tell you to get lost. Took over 36hrs to receive a reply while having a bad reaction to a medication, and after explaining my symptoms and waiting wayyy past their 24hr promise, i discontinued the medication and they refuse to answer my medical questions about the reaction despite my detailed explanation and clear questions about what was happening. Absolutely terrible standard of care - this level of dismissiveness is not normal or ok and they will get away with it because it’s telemedicine and you can’t hold them accountable.

They advertise STI screening from home, however they do not do priority shipping to get it to you, and when you send it back they do not overnight or priority ship. They told me it would take over a week for them to get it. Urine should be run in a few days to be accurate. This means they are probably getting inaccurate results, this can be very dangerous for healthcare. Spoke with customer service who said the sample will be fine in a week in the mail, so they clearly have no medical training. This is a scam, and needs to be investigated/shut down as it can harm people.

Extremely frustrating experience. I went through the process and was approved for a medication (period delay) that I need for a vacation in February. I indicated at the start of the process, when asked, that the request was for future use. After being approved, I waited over a week and the prescription had not been sent to the pharmacy. After corresponding with Wisp customer service at least five times, being told it was being sent, it never had. I then said if it’s easier to have it delivered, I’m happy to pay a delivery fee since you seem to not be able to get the prescription to my pharmacy. They said, sure we are happy to deliver at no extra charge. At that point, nearly two weeks later, they sent a link to start the process all over again. So I did it all again to then be told, “sorry you recently had this prescription and we don’t recommend using it often and this soon after”. I responded and said, no- the last request you are referencing, was never sent if you check- and I was told it would be delivered but I was prompted to do this process over again. In addition, one of the first questions was asking if this was for immediate use or future- I indicated future. What’s the point in asking if you are going to say we recommend this not be used often or soon after the last request (which was inaccurate to begin with as that request never came to fruition). So weeks later, no prescription or medication and a lack of due diligence in looking at the responses with the questions asked AND with saying it’s too soon when they should be able to see the history of the previous request that this wasn’t extension of - due to it not being delivered. Waste of time. Found another company who actually prescribes for free within minutes.

If I could leave a 0 stars I would. I’ve had nothing but awful experiences. I wanted to give Wisp another chance and that was a mistake. No customer support unless you want it to take weeks and your issue is still never resolved. This company is a SCAM, taking my money and the pharmacy won’t fulfill my prescription. Customer support is useless when I tried to address the issue for help. It is such a hassle. I regret switching to Wisp from my previous company. Wisp is a SCAM and doesn’t care about their customers. I’m so frustrated and give up trying to get any sort of help from them. They’ve just taken my money and ran.

Have used this service before but this time they did not respond for almost 2 days!! If you advertise same day meds, then you should meet that commitment.

They easily took my money but the inept doctor did not submit my prescription correctly. Now almost 24 hours later all I got was a sorry for your inconvenience response. This is unacceptable for them to take so long to correct their mistake. I have already spoken with support and still nothing. Of course there are no refunds but there should be if they are incapable of providing the service. Save yourself the trouble and try another place. Thankfully I’m only out $50. Thieves.

Just took my money.

I requested a switch in my medicine and was still charged for the previous medication. It’s also super expensive compared to going to the doctor and I didn’t receive half of my order and had to wait several weeks for it.
