Changing my review because even though the supplements weren’t for me they could work for others. Customer service reached out quickly and made it right.

I had went to the urgent care before a planned vacation for a uti they prescribed me a medication that was not working I had been tested for Stis all were negative but the dr failed to submit the sample for a culture . Three days later I asked if it could be changed and they refused to change it with out me being seen mind you I was 3000 miles away and after 3 days of treatment I was still in pain, shaking, nauseous and crying . Super upset that I knew what I needed and was not being heard. I got on the wisp platform filled out the questionnaire the next morning my RX was ready with the medication I knew I needed no loops no one to talk to just my medication ready. After two days of treatment my symptoms are gone. I am so grateful I am able to take control of my own health and thankful this service is available.
