I’m confused 🤷‍♀️ on the same day prescriptions and I just made a purchase with an account I’m ready to pick up my medication now but I haven’t got a call back to do so? I’m confused there is no number to contact them

Went to the local pharmacy for pick up turns out they don’t dispense medication because they are not a pharmacy so that’s misleading plus I live around plenty of other ones and that one was out of the way.. I pretty sure I just got ripped off so basically I don’t have any products. Update review today I received a call from hellowisp to resolve the issue and it was completely resolved in waiting on a refund and they have given me the products for free I’m happy with these results they are trying to build good service and return service by making right with this issue

Easy to get prescriptions, but the doctor I had to speak to (at Wisp’s request) was very rude over the phone. Am not looking forward to the service if I have to speak with Dr. Clifton every few months.

This company is always a bit of a headache to deal with. A few months ago, I was waiting on medication to be processed for two weeks. The doctor had apparently called me (didn't leave a message) and my order was in limbo, with no communication via email or my profile. Then I tried to order their birth control (branded as Cheap AF). The pharmacy (Walgreens) is charging me over $200, far above the $5-20 copay Wisp advertises. Then Wisp comes in and says they can't control the pharmacy cost, and they'll need to ship it. It's as if I'm the first one to run into this issue for them. But Walgreens is a major pharmacy. They really don't take a lot of responsibility for these issues, and this is based on my experience as a customer for theirs for over a year. Same old slow shipping when I was promised that I'd be able to pick up my prescription same day. If I had health insurance, I wouldn't bother with them.

You sent the first prescription very promptly, but then I had problems both renewing and cancelling. Also, I ended up going to a doctor. They said the antibiotic hadn't worked, and prescribed me another one. Not anyone's fault, but nonetheless I feel my money was wasted.

Had to go to urgent care instead. I needed immediate help for a UTI and they didn't get back to me for several hours, then the medication they were going to prescribe was something that has failed for past UTI treatment for me. Going back & forth between messages with the care provider took hours each time. I would have rated Wisp one star, but customer service was awesome, responsive, and gave me a full refund. However, I wouldn't use them again and they won't stop emailing me after getting me on their list, despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe :/

The service itself was fast but the doctor had a bad additude when he was diagnosing me when I tried to get a refill he answered the phone and said he couldn't help me to just call customer services so I ended up going to the clinic which I should have done in the first place fix the problem.

Definitely cool that you’re able to pick up same day but I received absolutely no emails or confirmations. No notice that I would have to pay online and in person. I received notifications a WHOLE DAY later. So it ended up being a total surprise to me that I paid double for my meds. And was not given a coupon code until AFTER my card was charged. Super lame, was going to go with a cheaper option but unfortunately my card has been charged and I’m stuck with a $244.00 charge. Two stars I guess for them being fast? There are way cheaper better options out there.
