Everything was great! I loved it but the probiotics was not so good. I took them for two weeks and then stopped. I had vagina dryness so bad that it was uncomfortable. After I stopped, my body came back to normal. Soooo no for the probiotics and yes for everything else!!

I have since edited this review, I initially gave 1 star, but now 3, and it is all for the customer service, they deserve 5 stars! They are very prompt, and quick with responding so these stars in this review are for them! Other than the advice laid out by the doctor was stuff I can get at the drugstore and have already done and tried, so basically didn't need to come here to get "medical advice" for that, it's just basic common sense stuff. Overall, this site wasn't for me.

Costs are a little steep for what it is. Product I ordered ran out and they sent me the wrong product refill wasting my time and money. Next order was correct and works very well. Customer service is top notch and product arrives quickly. I'm satisfied with my product.

Well I read the reviews and I am NOT, having the same experience. I went to the pharmacy after getting an email stating my prescription was ready. When I got there, they could not find a prescription. I emailed support and they said that they see the prescription is now there, but when I called the pharmacy is saying they don't see it. Where is my prescription that I paid for?

Seemed fast and convenient, however my medication took a week to come. And a week is just too long to wait for medication. The communication also was not that great I had to reach out to see what was happening with my order.
