I utilized this service for medication for a UTI. It was easy and efficient to have a prescription ordered and filled. While I was checking out, I added on a lab slip that I had filled at a LabCorps per the slip instructions. I never received any lab results from Wisp but did receive a bill from my insurance for the services. When I reached out to customer support, they said they would send the results as soon as they were available, despite over six weeks having passed. You win some, you lose some!

Paid 65 dollars for two prescriptions and then was charged another 40 by the pharmacy when I picked them up. What was supposed to be the more affordable option became a cost I was not ready for

Yall say wait 24 hours to hear from a doctor it took 3 days and I needed something urgently I would like a refund at this point. Better off going to the doctors office in person

Hello Wisp was seemingly great at first glance. I paid the $15 for the online consultation for a birth control prescription, answered all the questions and got approved and was told they sent the prescription to the pharmacy I chose. I went to the pharmacy and was told they didn’t receive the prescription. I’ve been waiting on someone to get back to me about resending it. I am I unable to babysit my emails because I have a job. And no one answers the phone number listed online.

I ordered my prescription at 10:30 am. I ordered ASAP pick up, which says 1 to 3 hours, after check out says 3 to 5. It was $34.97 for my prescription that I usually only pay $.25 for. I was okay with the price because it meant I'd have my medication the same day i ordered and wouldn't have to miss a day while waiting on my normal doctor's appointment for a refill. 24 hours later and several emails sent, I still do not have my prescription. This website is awesome in the fact that they have the ability to help with medications quicker than a lot of doctor's offices nationwide. Yet, they are falsely advertising the ASAP option. I was responded to with an email that stated that they usually take about 24 hours at minimum, for a doctor to prescribe it. So enjoy their services, as they have a lot to offer!! Just don't expect the timely manner response or outcome they advertise.

I’m sure this website is good for other health resources. They also have pretty nice customer service. However, I needed quick and affordable emergency contraceptive and they didn’t get it to me for a week. I had to go buy additional emergency contraceptive at Walmart instead and that was just a horrible experience in itself. So now I have an extra that’s gonna sit in my drawer but yeah. Emergency contraceptive needs to be taken I think within 3 days and there was no way that was going to happen. Wish their delivery service was a bit faster, otherwise what’s the purpose of getting it from this website?? They also could not refund me which I understand, it’s not something I can necessarily give back. Not really a complaint, more of a heads up.

I have not received anything i have requested. I don't know what's this product about? what it will do or even if what im thinking your product is how will it effect me?

Great idea for price.. Late pickup... was delayed. Follow up (call) Dr that called felt unprofessional/rude. Maybe use again.
