I needed my pills for my trip and I never got them in time. First it was a hold up at the pharmacy, then they made it seem like it was coming in the mail. So it was a waste of my money and time. Don't think if I would use them again or recommend them.

But unfortunately the pain stop my period as long as I don't have sex.everytime I has intercorse I bleed like my period was on so no it did help me at all.i followed all the steps and I was looking for spotting but no I bleeding but only through intercourse

I used this service in the past and was extremely happy with it. Recently the company has gone extremely downhill. I ordered a cream from them that was sitting at their pharmacy for over 12 days when I reached out to customer service to see what is going on. They then told me they shipped it but the tracking has not be updated for over 3 days. I am now on week two with now product or estimate of arrival. Which would fine if they did not advertise as a service that delivers products quickly. They advertise 24hours to get a prescription and 3-5 days to ship the product. A few days late is fine but two weeks and no updated tracking is not great especially for a company that provides medical services.

While I really wanted to love hello wisp, the time and cost it took to get my medicine sent to my pharmacy was nowhere near worth it. After feeling the onset symptoms of a UTI (iykyk) and wanting emergency contraception, I decided to try ordering a prescription through wisp. It took a little over one hour for wisp to send the medication to my pharmacy, which I thought was great & quick timing—until I ran into issues and experienced their slow-moving customer service. I visited my pharmacy three hours after the prescription was sent, only to be told that my pharmacy had never received it. I reached out to wisp hoping to get the issue resolved before the pharmacy closed, but wisp’s slow response time unfortunately made that impossible. I spent the whole night in pain, when there were other routes I could’ve taken that would’ve ensured that didn’t happen. Instead of wisp, I’d recommend reaching out to your primary doctor for prescriptions that are needed quickly, or trying another Telehealth service. While easy, available access to sexual & reproductive care is definitely a win, hello wisp lacks the sense of urgency that a majority of that care requires.

If I had any idea how long it would take to ship, I probably would’ve sought an alternative.

while im appreciative of the ease of ordering the products, the shipping label on my order was created 10 days ago and still hasn’t shipped. worries me that i may have been scammed.

I love how affordable wisp is but unfortunately it’s just not fast enough. It’s been 5 days since I ordered meaning it would be too late at this point for someone who was unable to pick up emergency contraceptives in a store.

I think this is a great idea but when I tried to buy medication for a uti, it was $65!!! I tried using the $5 off coupon for new users but, of course, it didn’t apply to my order 🙄 cheaper to deal with MedExpress!
