WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FIRST…. I paid they said based on your symptoms is not approved, so why take my money and not send the medication to the pharmacy. This site is all lies tell them your symptoms for medication that I’ve taken before do not waste your time it’s horrible just do a televisit with Kelsey seybold and yes I have insurance just needed something really quick now y’all basically stole my money and no script…. SCAM

The ring is awful. It’s uncomfortable, constantly feels like it’s coming out and has to be pushed back in, and is either itchy or painful. It literally feels like a dirty tampon that is pushing its way out.

I have used before but will never again. A “provider” was pressuring me to purchase a more expensive item, and if you decline, they cancel your order. I have the right to be involved in choosing my medication without being bullied. Also RECOMMEND SOMETHING THAT I WAS CONTRAINDICATED IN TAKING BECAUSE IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE AND MADE THEM MORE MONEY!!! I won’t recommend at all

They make bad decisions on women's health based on poorly written bots and ai. They refused a birth control pill that I have been on for years, due to some fake data taken by a crap bot they have in place. As an expert-level software engineer, its scary to watch companies like this go down the path of bad technology and use it to make decision, serious decisions on women's health. Now they have screwed up my cycle which isn't fun at my age. They also offer LIVE CHAT during the American EST business hours, but that is another lie. LIVE CHAT does not exist at this company and the only use offshore reps who take an entire day to respond. This place needs investigated due to fraudulant misdiagnosis that could immensely effect my life and their poor communication and the lack of means to reach anyone at reasonable hour for American. Shut them down!

I was excited at first about my experience. It was fast and easy. I had an antibiotic within 2 hours. However, the antibiotic I received was making me very sick to my stomach. I had to stop taking it because I was throwing up non-stop. I messaged wisp to see about getting a different antibiotic since I wasn't tolerating the first. It's been 5 days since my first request, and I've messaged again since. I've been told my case is being reviewed and nothing more. I'm sitting in my local urgent care to be seen. As someone who is uninsured, I was excited to only pay $65 for treatment, but now I'll be adding another $200 since wisp can't get back to me. I think this could be a great service for many women, especially working women who can't afford to take time off work to go to the doctor. It's unfortunate how this has played out in my experience. I would not recommend this company.

They were completely late on my package. I ordered Norethindrone almost 3 weeks before I needed it. And it never came on time ( I am currently still waiting) but it’s completely pointless bc I have an event I wanted to delay my period and I missed the window for this bogus shipping. When I contacted customer support or they could tell me was it was out of their hands. Wasted money and horrible experience don’t even bother

It was unclear I would be charged $65 twice , also the response time when someone needs medication is terrible. On this occasion - my medication did not work and me trying to get a hold of anyone on the platform is terrible. When they did "read" my message they ignored my request and concerns and responded with "we're here if you need anything else". None of my concerns were addressed.
