Calling a regular virtual doctor would have been less expensive and I would have received my medication at the same time. For some reason I thought this would be cheaper or faster, it was neither.

They sent my medication 2 weeks late & each time I asked them when it would ship they just said “soon” 2 weeks is not soon… I also changed my address when I updated my payment method & when I went back it was changed back to my old address… so frustrating they also refused to provide any compensation for their delayed services…

Paid them, waited three days and no response. To their credit, they did issue a refund, but I had to go somewhere else to get a script refilled

Diagnosed with Antibiotic resistant UTI and told to see an in-person doctor..if the provider had bothered to read my medical history they would have sen that I did not in fact get UTIs but have had other issues..waste of time and money

Ridiculously expensive for what this is. I paid lots of money for every prescription they recommended. This was ON TOP of what I was charged at my pharmacy. So although the provider was only doing ONE visit, screening and assessment, they charge for EACH prescription. My jaw dropped when I ordered the Boric Acid suppositories for $20 to see there were only 7 pills!!!! $20 can get you 30 pills at CVS or 90 pills at Amazon. The pricing is unscrupulous.

I’m the dumb dumb who’s tried wisp 3 times for the cheaper price. I’ve even had the owner of this company reach out the first time. I have two prescriptions and they’ve only called in one, and on the one they did call in instead of having 3 refills they put in like 200 tablets. So the pharmacy is trying to fix it, I’ve emailed and restarted the chat to get the 2nd prescription and fix the tablet/refill problem, but now that they have my money it’s not fast or convenient anymore. I feel like I paid and went through everything and if there’s any problems I’m back at the bottom of the queue. I received an email and message from the doctor that the last prescription was called in but Walgreens does not have it which means they didn’t fix my first problem either with the 200 tablets. Pharmacy is closed now. I started this appt at 11 am. It’s now 7pm I’m back to thinking paying an extra $10 is actually more convenient somewhere else. I’ve had problems all 3 times I’ve used this site. I never leave reviews unless things are really good or really bad, we’ll here I am, again.

Service started out wonderful. Shipping takes too long though. By the time your new quarter of meds comes in you're late a couple of days taking your birth control. You have to go in and choose to ship early to avoid that. I recently purchased a new home. I updated my info on my account but the meds still shipped to my old address. The office at my old place refused to hold and returned my package. I emailed client services and they assured me they would fix it. I verified my new address and everything yet somehow they still managed to ship my medication to my old address 2 additional more times. After this I've chose to cancel my service and use a different company. The carelessness with medications is unacceptable and poor customer service.
