They half ass want to work. Some employees will do a great job while the others want you to do all their work. They sent my rx to the wrong pharmacy (they don’t allow you to remove old pharmacies from your account). Told me I had to call myself to have it transferred to the correct place but I work in a high volume call center so I had to spend my entire lunch on hold getting things done myself.

Needed to message Dr because of a side effect with meds prescribed. Said to wait 24 hours for response. I did, no response. So I emailed customer service where again I was told to wait 1-3 days for a response. So you prescribe meds but are unavailable for questions.

Takes forever to hear back from the doctor. I won't be using the service again.

Meds prescribed didn’t help me, I had to pay extra to go to urgent care to get a stronger prescription.

I ordered 90 pills of medication and they messaged me to tell me I needed to change something that I filled out wrong in the paper work and they ended up sending me 4 pills for the same price without ever mentioning the amount changing. They subverted their true intentions through trying to say I made a mistake which I did not make I specifically wanted 90 pills and got 4 for the same price. I re read the chats and not once was it mentioned to lower my amount. Customer service was ai and the only solution they gave was to spend 2x more money to get the right amount of pills? It went from 80$ for 90 to 70$ for 4 to 156$ for 90 this place will try to rip you off but they have good product.

Terrible. Go to tell rx or good life. Wisp is over priced and their help center is not helpful.

Absolutely insane. I went to them for a pretty common birth control prescription and was approved no problem. However, when I asked about switching from an 84 pill prescription (using your placebo week every pack for three months) to a 112 pill prescription (skipping your placebo week every pack for three months) I was first told that they do not prescribe in this manner as it "goes against recommendations" which is untrue and not the standard of care when prescribing birth control, many physicians frequently prescribe birth control to skip the placebos without any risks or side effects. It has been discussed ad nauseam in the literature - something that Wisp says directly on their own website! This is a service they say they advertise as offering, skipping your period on your birth control! I was then told to buy this separate medication to skip my period. Something that was completely unnecessary and cost around $50. When I pointed out the hypocrisy of offering the skip your placebo pills option on their site, I was then told that they couldn't prescribe 112 pills to me to be picked up at my local pharmacy but instead this option only be prescribed to me through their partner pharmacy and home delivery service. My birth control is free under my insurance. However, through their "partner pharmacy" I was going to be charged between $66-72 per three packs!!! Are you mad??? Felt like a complete scam trying to get you to spend more money on their services. Stay away.
