UPDATE: They did issue me a refund for the consult fee. It seems like a similar service to hims/hers, but its not. They don't ship directly to you, you have to go through the pharmacy, which means you can't access your prescription if it isn't approved by your insurance. And if you have medicaid the pharmacy is not allowed to sell it to you directly. Also they charge a $36 fee, which looks like it's the price they're charging for your medication but it's actually a consult fee.
