The messaging afterwards was extremely glitchy and after paying for the prescription, I had assumed I would not have to pay again at the Pharmacy; but unfortunately I did. I am not sure if I misread something or if it was not stated I would have to pay more than it initially said, but it was not pleasant to have to pay even more each month.

Maybe I'm getting old but ordering from this site is super confusing and i end up purchasing the same thing multiple times when im just trying to get my prescription sooner since i ran out.

This is a very misleading company. They claim to want to help you but what they really offer is an extremely overpriced service and then you go to pick up your prescriptions and the pharmacy tells you that it is ridiculously expensive. Even with insurance and there is no generic version for it. I told them all of this and requested to be refunded for my subscriptions and consultations and they said there was no way they could do that due to the nature of their service. I said that's fine I will just tell all the women I know with PCOS which is a lot to never use this service and what do you know, all of the sudden they can issue a refund.

I declined an added service and was still charged at the end of discussion either way. I did not pick up this medicine so I’m out of $15 for something I declined to begin with. Also no one ever answered multiple medical questions I had throughout this day. Also, there was a discounted rate advertised for linking a bank account to pay for services and I did not get that discount, I was charged in full. The only good thing about my experience was getting the required medicine to treat my UTI. I had multiple frustrating conversations that have not been resolved accordingly to this day.

Extremely misleading pricing. I paid $100 for two prescriptions, which was presented as if it was paying for the medicine itself. When I picked up at the pharmacy I had to pay separately.

I came to Wisp for HRT. Only after I paid and had my consult did I find out there is no available Rx for testosterone. So I will need to pay another provider for another consult to get what I need. Unfortunate because everything else was good.

I had a frustrating experience using Wisp for a UTI. While the platform is convenient, the actual care left a lot to be desired. I felt like my concerns weren’t really listened to—I specifically requested a certain medication based on what has worked for me in the past, and instead was prescribed something I already knew wouldn’t be effective for my body. It ended up feeling very impersonal, almost like my input didn’t matter. When you’re dealing with something uncomfortable like a UTI, that lack of consideration is really disappointing. For the price, I expected a more thoughtful and individualized approach. Honestly, this felt no different than medical gaslighting—being told what should work instead of being heard. At that point, you might as well just go to urgent care where you can actually speak to a provider who may listen and adjust treatment based on your experience. Overall, convenient but not worth it if you’re looking for personalized care.

It sucks. It's been a week and my pharmacy still has no prescription on file... they can transfer to any pharmacy if it's that hard... they keep telling me that i'm in the queue...
