They donot follow through with decision. The prescription is rarely approved . The messaging takes days to respond . I eventually deactivate the account. Amazon health is much better .

Unfortunately, this product did nothing for me. Even ordered the extra-strength one.

Too long to get results and wasn’t able to finish finding out final results without going to the doctors office.

They charged me $25 and basically said they couldn’t help me! Very frustrating they also charged my card for a subscription I didn’t even know I was signed up for ! Beware ! As if medical care wasn’t expensive enough SORRY! Your response below is even worse!!! BEWARE

Sent too short of a course of treatment, have to pay another consult fee to get extension of antibiotics.

I just reviewed the Physicians Desk Reference regarding the medication I was prescribed. Twice I was provided shorter dosages than CDC/FDA recommendations. The condition improved some but of course was not fully treated. When I contacted them within a few days of taking the medication and again at the end of the medication to notify them of this - I was told to start a new treatment request (while I was on the current non-working medication they prescribed). When I suggested the dosage amount was incorrect they stated they use CDC dosing guidelines, which is false - and I easily found this dosing guideline online in the PDR. Medication is Bactrim and the dosing on PDR is one pill every 12 hours for 10-14 days. They prescribed 3 days - and they did this twice. They are off by 7 days at a minimum - so I was undertreated - with an antibiotic. So not only was my condition not cleared up, I'm working now on antibiotic resistance.

Complete waste of time and money.

I just delt with wisp today in the process of trying to get them to refill a nausea medication my wife already had at CVS. She has had a constant perscription for 10 years for this medicine as she is a cancer survivor but has stage 4 CKD and after going through all the crap with signing up for an account filling out pages of medical past info they refused to refill a perscription given by a MD that can't be reached today. Their excuse she needs to see someone in person. So they charged me 24 dollars and left my wife suffering with nausea for the weekend. My wife requested a refill with CVS on Wednesday this is Saturday when I called in they hadn't done shit either what a surprise. Every competent doctor and nurse quit instead of taking the jab and now we are all left with incompetent, lazy, C- graduates running the medical industry. If you don't believe this you haven't been sick enough yet. You'll find out soon enough when you need them the most.
