What you pay here for is a prescription itself and not a medication. What they called “co pay at the pharmacy” was more of a full pay and discount code they sent didn’t work. My pharmacist said that the codes from wisp never worked actually. However the support was responsive and issued me a refund, but I lost 2 full days trying to get the medication (my pharmacy was out of stock, I had to drive around city to find who had it in stock) and I ended up taking the meds in the very end of my window. Could of just reached to my doc and asked him for a free prescription, but for some reason thought wisp would be more convenient. Anyway. I guess it’s okay if you don’t have a doctor who can give you a prescription in time. For me didn’t work in expected way and was kinda late.

I like the ease if access the website is. The entire process was great. Until I got the medicine and first day I took it I just felt horrible all day long like I literally could not function any day I attempted to take each daily dose. I did stop after 4 days cause I have to work and taking the med I was supplied made me unable to even function or even sleep. I was just sick to my stomach and felt horrible. It was so nice to not have to go to the doctor but it took over a week to get here and that was because I couldn't afford the expedited mailing.

Easy- not enough pills for what I needed though unfortunately. Great to hold me over till I could see a doctor though.

I’m only putting 3stars because my prescription was delayed being sent out so I had to get them to send prescription to my local pharmacy which in the end cost me more money.

Great concept and company. But shipping took way too long. Shipping is 8-10 days I believe instead of 3-5.

I had never used wisp before but it’s not that bad. I put in my order on a Saturday and received my New Day pill on Thursday afternoon! I wish I would have got earlier but well at least it got here!

It was very helpful to get a prescription for my virus. My dr wasn't reading their messages, and I was miserable. By mid morning my prescription has been called in and was waiting for me at my pharmacy. However, for the compounds and other pill forms, the site said 3-5 business days, but that was after a few days of prep time as well. It took almost two weeks from date of order to being in my mailbox. If you have your stuff called in Wisp is the BEST, even gave me refills, which my normal dr didn't do. There is no reason for my particular affliction that one should have to call in every single time. If you know you carry the virus, you know you need your prescription. Last item to note is there dispensing containers for the compounds aren't very good. I have to open the container and use a q-tip vs just being able to pump out a small amount. Overall good experience and I would use them again.
