It was very easy to order and it does give a warning that if you don't use their Pharmacy (aka receive by mail) there COULD be a fee with the local pharmacy you choose. Well there IS a fee at the pharmacy (not sure I can say the name but a major chain). It was the same as the prescription I paid to Wisp. I paid double the amount expected. In my opinion, it feels like you're paying Wisp for the telehealth visit and then the Pharmacy for the item. Not worth it at all. Or use their receive by mail option. Had I not already paid Wisp, I personally would have canceled the order at the Pharmacy. I definitely would NOT use this again for what I thought I needed.

Had high expectations that this would help skip my period during an upcoming vacation. After reading all the positive reviews I ordered and the pills came in cute packaging and arrived quickly. Took the pills as instructed and sadly my period still came during my trip. Very disappointed that this didn’t work for me.

The website was great, easy to use, they were quick efficient and overall the experience was great. They require some decent information which I would expect including a pic of you're ID or license all great things. The questions were adequate and no issue, my wife being a Nurse she is actually the one who told me about Wisp. Mainly because I was unable to get into PCP until Wednesday of next week. Unfortunately after filling out the questionnaire including medications, history, and symptoms. All of which are VERY basic. I waited a few hours which was no issue and I got a message that simply stated that UTI's in males are very rare, and that they denied giving an antibiotic due to me being male. But of course hey if you want an STD test we would be happy to charge you for that and send it to you. Been married for almost 10 years, not saying that it isn't possible (not naive, people cheat, etc. etc.) but thats not the case here in the slightest. Men/Males do get UTI's and in fact roughly 80 to 90% of men will get at least 1 in their lifetime. While women are 8x more likely to get them it isn't insanely rare for males to get a UTI unrelated to an STD. So it was a bit abrupt of a response, a bit rude almost, seemed to be about money, BUT the essence of the message was that because I was a MALE their service doesn't apply or work for me. All I wanted was for them to simply put that in their service heading, somewhere when I was signing up that said hey this service is primarily for females. Something so that I didn't waste my time filling it all out and waiting for a simple antibiotic. Nurse wife suggested it as she had heard good things about it from female friends etc. so worth a shot she knew the symptoms and was fairly certain of UTI as well but of course she isn't a Dr. Once again not angry at the service, the site, anything really, just wanted to put this review out there so others potentially don't waste their time if you are male that is all. Just disappointing that it wasn't even a Dr. that messaged me it was a NP/Nurse Pract (like my wife), while close and what not seems a bit short and a bit misleading as I can't see where it says female only but maybe I missed it. Aside from the above....everything else was pretty good actually. Including the website, flow, service, all of it. Hope this helps someone.

I never received my medication. They refunded me quickly though

It just didn't do anything for me! I'm happy for those who has OMG experience which it was me

I originally ordered BV med and birth control. When I placed the order it said it applied a $15.xx discount. When the order went through, I was however charged the price without the discount. So I went and cancelled that subscription. And when I went to place a new order for JUST the birth control, it gave me an option where the same amount and brand was $15 instead of the original $47.xx from the first order. So I placed that order. About 5 minutes after that, I get an email saying that all of the orders were sent to the pharmacy for pickup. Like no, I cancelled the first order and want my refund of $92.30 back and to keep the lower priced order for the same birth control without the BV med (I will just see my doc for that and use my Medicaid). I emailed them and we will see what happens. But right now, I'm not happy.

Why do I not have the option to have these sent to my pharmacy??
