It was very helpful and fast with part of my prescription the other part I never received because the pharmacy didn’t have what I ordered and the doctor didn’t give permission to Walgreens to prescribe something similar. So I paid for 2 prescriptions and only got one of them.

I love hello wisp but I ordered my medication for acne exactly two weeks ago , and I still haven’t got it, normally they are fast about getting orders out but for some reason I haven’t received anything yet, I been breaking out soo bad and I can even get something I’ve paid for. I don’t think I’ll shop with hello wisp again

The medicine was ready at the pharmacy when I went to go pick it up but I didn’t like that I didn’t have the option to subscribe and do monthly payments for my UTI medicine. I also feel like it’s a little pricey yes convenient but only if you can afford it because after buying medication and taking it for just a few days, my symptoms got worse and I had to go to the hospital and get prescribe new UTI medicine that only cost me about $11 at the pharmacy vs. the 65 wisp charged plus the 27th had to pay at the pharmacy.So I could’ve save time and money by just going directly to the hospital and seeing a doctor. So my opinion, if you need medical attention, see a doctor even one at a hospital. Telehealth appointments from my experiencesare not reliable for vaginal health. I did get in contact with them and they did refund me so I do feel better.

After I sent pictures of this review they got in touch with me right away and offer to return the money in 9-10 days, the medicine will be sent back,

The price threw me off because I was initially charged $39 and when I pick up the prescription at the pharmacy I had to pay $28 dollars more.

Shipping and delivery time could be better

I do not have health insurance at the moment so it was helpful for that but I did not like having to also pay an additional fee at the pharmacy.

The service was fine. I liked how easy it was to navigate the website and confirm my prescriptions. They cost more than I expected but I didn’t mind paying for the convenience of avoiding going to the Doctor because I wanted to get things handled as soon as possible. However when I got to the pharmacy to pick up my meds there was going to be an additional charge for the medication. I’m not sure what I payed for with Wisp if I had to spend almost $90 at the pharmacy. I could have just gone with my PCP and spent much less!
