I’m on a trip right now and gotten a uti while in the United States. I’m a Canadian and I didn’t have any insurance for my travel and when I didn’t want to spend 200$ on going to the doctors for medication I looked up online on ways to do it and luckily I found wisp! For a second I got scared cause I thought I needed a United States ID to get the medication but my province ID card worked for me! My doctor responded to me quickly and everything for me was done in an hour and a half to pick up my prescription. Only reason why I gave it a 4 star though is because wisp gave us a coupon to use as the online medication costed around 67$ USD but when we got to the pharmacy it costed around 44$ so 111$ for everything and when we tried using the coupon they gave us it didn’t worked but the lady working at the counter used another coupon for us and everything worked out fine for me as it brought it down from 44$ to 14$

Easy to get the birth control I needed, but surprised at the out of pocket cost. Unfortunately I don't have insurance due to job changes, and the site advertised out of pocket costs as being very low. Turns out it's more like $15/pack.

It was awesome to get the prescription in a timely manner and all, only thing I knocked a star down for is it not having been clear that you pay for the actual medication separately. It's not part of the service fees.

Easy to use. They give fairly clear instructions. The product is tingly and definitely aroused post menopausal me so I could take initiative, The only thing I didn't like was clarification on having oral sex performed on me. The notes about side effects if ingested made my partner nervous.

The experience was great overall, especially with it being my first time and not really knowing what to expect. The only reason why I am giving a 4 star rating is because when I got to the pharmacy, they had an old address on file when I put in the address while ordering online. I don’t know if that was the pharmacies’s fault, or Wisp.

I love it but the pump did not open. I have to twist the entire bottle open and pour it every time I want to use it and I'm frustrated.

Followed directions to the letter. Just a cooling cream you can buy for 1/2 the price. Evidently from what the wisp rep said everyone reacts differently to the product. Guess it wasn’t for me. I have changed my rating to 4 stars for the customer service. I am being refunded for the purchase but did not request. They got right back to me due to my dissatisfaction with the product. I personally suggested a marketing change suggesting it’s like women’s viagra. Anyhow, thank you for the refund as you roll the dice with any product. I am happy for those it does work for. 🙂

It was easy to use. Discreet and I understood more about the importance of preventable birth control. Shipping and fast delivery. Ultimately you still can go to a doctor to get birth control. But I really thought it was an easy to use, fast and available for anyone who can’t get access to a health provider/medical insurance. Learning experience
