I’ve been loving the ease of having my oral hsv2 medications send right to me quickly, making it easier to stay on track. However, I’ve been very unhappy with my prescription for the acyclovir cream- I’ve received it three times and the packaging is faulty each time. I’m only able to get a few pumps out of the bottle before the pump mechanism either breaks or stops pumping and it is clear there is still product inside. I would love to see the packaging changed to be able to actually use all of my medication.

Not very clear on the pricing. I came across Wisp when I was looking to restart my birth control. Since I just left my old job, I didn't have insurance. Instead of having the Rx sent to me, I did pharmacy pick-up because it was cheaper. Little did I know, I would be charged another $50+ at the pharmacy because I didn't have insurance. The website also tried to upsell Ella and charged you $40 bucks to prescribe it then you will have to pay an extra $50+ at the pharmacy. The Ella Rx didn't get filled until 2 days later because the pharmacy didn't carry it. If you are thinking of getting Ella, just get Plan B at the pharmacy store, it's cheaper. Overall, the service was okay but I don't think I will recommend it even if I have insurance. If you have health insurance that covers well-women visits and reproductive health, you can get your birth control prescription covered. If you don't have health insurance make sure to have a coupon from GoodRx or something when you go pick up at the pharmacy.

They don’t tell you that there MAY be a small co-pay for pick up at your local pharmacy until you’ve already placed your order. When I went to pick it up, I owed an additional $40!, on top of the $40 I paid Wisp. Plan ahead and get the free shipping, because otherwise it will cost you an arm and a leg. And also, make sure to check your credit card statement… the first time I ordered, I got double charged despite placing and receiving only one order.

Convenient and discreet. Would recommend except they require a new order for every instance. Doxy-prep should be offered for orders of more than one dose at a time. If they allow that, ideally discounted for such a basic antibiotic, they would likely get five stars.

While I enjoyed the convenience of wisp there should be an area you can enter in insurance info to hekp cover at least some of the "doctor's visit" fee of $65 that is charged even though you are not actually seen by by a doctor in person & then it DOES NOT cover the cost of the medication from the pharmacy- that is an additional fee.

Update: The support team responded 2 hours after I reached out. They switched my pharmacy to one that would be open on the weekend. My prescription was sent the following morning, approximately 30 hours after submitting it. Once the doctor sent the prescription things moved along easily. This site works, it sounds like they just need more Drs to keep up with demand. It’s a good lesson for me to seek treatment sooner. Old review: Love the idea, but am not having the speedy service others have reported. I submitted my order early this morning (1am :( )and my order is still “processing” now (5 pm). I could have gone into a clinic today and now my pharmacy will be closed for the weekend. The support team has not responded either- I emailed them an hour ago. Ugh.

*Although this product did not work for me, the customer service was truly outstanding when trying to resolve the issue- the only thing I didn’t like was that they asked me to take down my review. Sincerely though the customer service was amazing! The peppermint is almost painful it is so intense. I’m not sure how to tell if the product is even working because the peppermint is so uncomfortable. There should be an option to leave the peppermint out.
