They took a very long time to respond. I used another service which had sent my prescription to the pharmacy before wisp had even responded to me.

I ordered two items and only received one. I paid for both. I should receive the items I purchased.

Shameful
The service works, so I can't just give it one star. However, it's dishonest and extremely overpriced. I'd even say predatory.
Firstly, if you have a one-time need for a prescription, it costs $65 for the prescription itself. Last time I went through wisp it was an additional $15 at the pharmacy. For many people with insurance, a real doctor visit doesn't even cost $65. Of course, they don't accept insurance payments.
They advertise a $15/month subscription if you need items regularly. I tried to sign up for it, only to realize that the subscription is actually $45 every 3 months and you only get items quarterly - if you need them sooner, you're "renewing" early and get charged the $45 again. You can't even stretch it out and pay $15/month as advertised - it's a $45 charge. Period. They said that the quoted $15/month price is an "incentive" to get people to sign up. Where I come from, that's called a "lie."
Especially now that I know that I can have an actual appointment with a human doctor in real life for cheaper than what their service costs, and that GoodRx has a similar service that costs $9.99 a month, I understand that Wisp's model relies on deceiving desperate people who need help. Literally, I went to GoodRx for the same thing and I had to pay $29.98 to GoodRx for a subscription and then $2.40-something at the pharmacy (same day), compared to $65 to Wisp for the prescription and another $15 at the pharmacy. There's no reason the wisp service should be priced as high as it is, and they literally lie about the price to rope people into their subscription.
I used to think this website was a lifesaver until my financial situation changed and I realized that not only is their pricing unreasonable and inaccessible for many, but they're dishonest about it, too. I'm telling you, if you have an issue and can't go to your primary care provider or an urgent care, you're better off with GoodRx. At least they're honest about their prices and don't charge you an arm and a leg to receive a single email from a doctor whose face you'll never even see.

I was able to receive prescriptions for…
I was able to receive prescriptions for my condition in a timely manner (same day) which was so helpful. Not a lot of hoops to jump through. However, Wisp charges fees to prescribe meds (understandable) but when those prescriptions are sent to an outside pharmacy I find it difficult to justify the immense price difference in the fees considering the actual medication is sourced elsewhere. For instance it is immensely cheaper to have the PRESCRIPTION for the pill form of an antibiotic sent to an outside pharmacy than the topical form of the same antibiotic, which would be the most appropriate treatment for what I was experiencing. When you get to the pharmacy, you still have to pay them for the medication too! Why charge more for the same service (literally sending an electronic prescription) for one medication or another? Aside from that super annoying thing which influenced my decision on what treatment to request, the service is great.
Edit:
I spoke with someone yesterday about my experience with wisp during which she was not able to adequately explain the reasoning for pricing differences while prescribing medications to outside pharmacies. I believe that she was unable to explain because it is wrong to charge varying amounts for the same service (sending a prescription electronically). Wisp is a great resource and I understand the need for service fees so that staff can be paid appropriately. However, if someone is in need of same day medication and thus has to request a script to be sent to their personal pharmacy, why charge more for the better prescription knowing the medication is not going to be sourced by Wisp pharmacy service? All that does is create a financial barrier for patients needing one medication over another. As for “consultation services”, I didn't speak to a single person other than to receive a message saying my prescriptions were sent and to check with my pharmacy. These “explanations” for the greedy pricing structure are inadequate. You all have my phone number and you can feel free to call me again if you want. Thanks.

Ok - not great
Pro: Quick service.
Con: not sure that they are 100% honest with sharing the truth about the side effects of the Aygestin/Norethidone. I was so sick and depressed and still had breakthrough bleeding when I wanted to stop the period before it came. I messaged the doctor and asked if it would stop, he replied back, "there's no way to know for sure" with no further information. Not sure I will use wisp for anything.

This has been the worst experience…
This has been the worst experience ever. I placed my order on the 5 th it was never sent. It was canceled once by someone and reissued and yet it’s still not shipped. It’s waiting pick up.
I was told it weird be sent right away bear again in been waiting since the 5th. They have yet to mail it but keep saying i can pick it up but it will cost. I’ve already paid too much why would i do that? Why can’t you all mail me my meds expedited.
Every person that replies to me on wisp are really BSing me. ATP do i need to dispute the charge on my card since you’re not fulfilling my order? This is instance. If you don’t have the medication say that. Why lead a person on?

Ghosting me
Got the Rx very easily and quickly then had a question about it. You can message your prescriber and it says you’ll receive a response in 3 hours. I waited over 24 hours with no response then messaged again. Within a few hours of that message they said they would forward it to my doctor which was confusing because it seemed like I *was* messaging a doctor directly, so why would it need to be forwarded? I emailed support and they asked for my information to look up my account. It’s now been nearly 48 hours since I asked the doctor my question and have not heard anything meaningful back nor am I confident that a doctor has actually seen the message. I can’t take the medication without this question being answered. Extremely disappointed.
