Super easy experience, quick shipping, reasonable prices - I really appreciate the convenience of this service. The OMG! Cream works moderately well to help overcome SSRI-induced sexual dysfunction, but I do wish it came in a stronger concentration. Unfortunately it’s not a light cream as described - it's beige, translucent, and greasy, a lot like Vaseline. Oil does not play well with silicone devices or lube, so be aware before you buy!

What was once a website that would help people access birth control for low costs, is quickly devolving into a monthly subscription monster. When I first signed up around a year ago, it cost $5 to go pick up a monthly prescription of BC. A month ago it cost me $11. This month it's up to $25. This makes their subscription service cheaper- but a logistical nightmare if you travel frequently for work or school. It says you can cancel anytime, but the last time I tried I had to email their customer support with a sob story of why I should be able to cancel (Is not wanting to pay for it monthly no longer a good enough reason?) In this day and age of being a someone with ovaries in the U.S, they shouldn't be making it harder to have control over reproductive help

Wisp is normally great, but i never got any feedback from from basic care, so waited 3-4 days then went to my local urgent care, kinda disappointed

Love the ease of getting but the pick up at pharmacy option was clunky and expensive (even with discount card provided). Will do the mail to home option going forward.

First, I’d like to make sure that everyone is aware of what this company is for, and exactly the cost and what it covers. if you don’t have insurance then this service is best for you if you do have medical insurance this service is not best for you even though it does not require a doctors visit to get a prescription you are essentially paying $90 out-of-pocket every three months for one prescription and that does not go towards your deductible. I have insurance so using the service is more costly than using my insurance the only benefit of using the service is if you truly want to avoid seeing a doctor and getting the prescription however, you are paying a premium for this. I don’t Understand why the recurring subscription is set up for 90 days for a one time prescription at a cost of $90 every three months.. please keep in mind that if you do need the prescription immediately to be called in to the Pharmacy, you will have to actually pay for the prescription on top of the subscription you are paying to wisp. Also, the cost of the prescription is going to be full price, so you are also paying a premium at the pharmacy for an immediate call on top of your subscription or payment to wisp. the major drawbacks about this business and services that you are not able to speak to someone on the phone and you are limited to emails only and the reply time to that is 24 hours. so again make sure you understand what you’re getting for the cost. It’s much more costly than if you were to pay through your insurance, even if you did not meet a deductible. if you need the prescription immediately you will pay full price for the prescription on top of what you’re already paying wisp.

The ordering and screening process was excellent, however, delivery times was subpar. Took way too long for order to arrive relative to the norms today, about 8 to 10 days. Update immediately after review: Wisp reached out to me and apologized for the delay, explaining it was because of the holiday season, Normally, shipment times are far less. While this was not my intention at all, they were kind in refunding one of the products I ordered as a nice gesture. I really appreciate that kind of customer support. Their customer support didn’t have to do that but they made me a customer for future orders. Much appreciated! Thats how customer support should be…
