I was prescribed a medication and explained what I was looking for medically. The pharmacy flagged the prescription and insists the use and dose are conflicting and advised me to reach out to the prescriber. I did and was brushed off. So I didn’t end up picking up the medication and I’m out the cost of the visit.

I was looking for Ella, the emergency contraceptive. First advertisement was from Wisp offering same day pick up. Which was very important for me to get it same day. I signed up, and hey offered a discount to get more than one so I decided I’ll get two and have one for a possible future emergency since it was a sale for more than one. I wait all afternoon to hear back that I’m approved, I never hear back that day. Next day I hear back and a prescription has been ordered. Turned out no pharmacy in my area even had the medication and it had to be ordered in to be delivered THE NEXT DAY. So now I’m at 3 days trying to get this medication that was advertised as same day access. I could have gone somewhere else for this. So now I reach out complaining about the falsely advertised help. I’m told since I have already been “seen” they can not refund me. I decided to go pick up the prescription even though it is now too late for me to take it based on my cycle and I find out it’s 91$ for the two. The fee I already paid was for the prescription itself to be placed. They charge you more per item even though they are not actually selling you the item. I’ve never had a doctor charge me 6 visits if he wrote me a 6 month prescription. It’s a load of crap. Don’t trust this shady company. Also they say they have the good rx discount for you, it saved me two dollars. The pharmacist looked at me and said that only takes off 2 dollars and we both thought well that’s dumb. Do not waste your time, go to a real doctor and don’t trust they can help you quickly. To the wisp response, anything to say about falsely advertising same day prescription and not following through with this? Love how your AI team skipped over this.

Wisp is a ripoff They charged me $100 for a prescription and then went I went to pick it up the pharmacy also charged me $78 for it. Wisp said it was to cover the consultation, but I didn't even need a consultation. I had a BV test result already and all I did was click a few buttons on the Wisp site for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy. When I complained to them they said they had no control over the $78 that I was charged by the pharmacy. They failed to acknowledge the $100 I was charged by them for simply calling it in. Greed. What a ripoff.

How is the doctors response that “yeasty” like beer or bread doesn’t equal yeast infection? Like what? I’ll be canceling my subscription

Every time it was time to renew my prescription there was an issue. Nothing ever went smoothly. This month I just missed a dose of my medication due to their negligence. My prescription was put on hold due to updated paperwork needed when I filled out the paperwork the week prior when they sent. But they were sure to charge my card. If you want to be treated like a customer of Walmart instead of like someone seeking treatment from a medical provider then this is the perfect service for you. They all also gave no idea what you are taking a prescription for when talking to them.

0 stars are not available. I ordered a UTI script at 11pm Friday and the $ was charged. 1049am. A text was sent it was sent to my. Pharmacy. I called and tried until 5pm IN PAIN and Walmart Pharmacy still had NOT gotten anything. Wisp has yet to refund my card and I went to GOODRXCARE and within 30 minutes approved and had the script in my hand.

I tried to cancel less than five minutes after I ordered so that I could buy a different kit. Absolutely no cancellations accepted, no exceptions, poor customer service.
