The doctor does not respond timely to questions and does not provide adequate care. I ended up paying for a telemedicine visit and rx that was completely useless. I found another telemedicine option which answered questions completely, provided the correct medicine, dosage, and length of treatment for a MUCH MUCH lower cost. I would NOT recommend Wisp at all. After I posted the review above, I was contacted by Wisp and the provided a refund. While I appreciate the gesture, I will not be using the services again.

The process for getting the medicine I needed was pretty easy and only took about a day for the doctor to "write" the prescription. However, the subscription for the medicine is not was it seems. It doesn't matter if you have the subscription, you have to pay a hefty price every time. It's just too expensive and anyone who has had problems with these viruses knows that it takes more than 1 or 2 pills to stop the flare up. The generic is way cheaper at my local pharmacy. I would also like to add that I opted to get the medicine shipped to me, not get it from my pharmacy. I asked for a better dose but was still met with expensive prices for minimal pills. The idea is great, just not well executed.

Got prescription and my hair started falling out. Contacted your drs and they were just like “yeah stop using that”. Felt very unconcerned for my safety and didn’t even offer refund or alternative treatment

I never receive the product that I order or a refund. Worst company ever.

Never finished the order process as I found a more affordable option, my card was charged anyway. I went to check their refund policy, only to find that it says they don't give refunds. So I just paid $65 that I couldn't afford for nothing.
