Very unprofessional I needed plan B and the doctor rudely turned me down and hung up on me before I could ask for my money back I went to my local CVS and bought some plan B instead I will never use this company again

Do you understand that taking someone’s money and not providing the items / service is theft ? A full 24 hours later I’m writing this as I sit in an urgent care to get a prescription that your company 1.) absolutely charged me for and 2.) lied about sending to a pharmacy TWICE. This company is a SCAM. That is why they aren’t accredited with the BBB and also why you can not find the Physicians licenses ANYWHERE. DONT SAY YOU HAVE BEEN TRYING TO AHOLD OF ME BECAUSE YOH HAVENT. I have called and emailed with no response.

Ordered from them 3 medications and was asked if I wanted them immediately, or if I could wait and I said immediately. Spent over $100 only to 1. Not receive my medications until 3days later and that on I had to pick up at Walgreens then they charged me another fee, the other 2 came days later by mail. Like why ask when you need it if you're not going to get it when you need it. So after receiving it, I wrote a review only for them to call and apologize and state I would be getting a refund for my troubles and as of right now I have yet to see that refund. So if you're going to call and promise something then keep up your end of it. Now I would recommend if you just don't feel like leaving the house or can't get in to your doctors right away...

I ordered from wisp a few months ago..bv infection..pills came promptly in the mail..then in March I orderd UTI infection pills..they never came..I got a email saying they were at the local pharmacy..went to collect..no prescription!!! I would like a refund for that, because I cured my own UTI holistically..Now,a week ago, I ordered bv gel..no gel..check the tracking system..It goes blank with no information give..I don't know what's going on but this service is lackluster...

I tried Wisp because I needed a specific birth control pill. I’m insured with Kaiser but they only prescribe generic so I tried wisp. I specifically mentioned the name in the form and comments. My order was showing that it was the pill I wanted so I went ahead and canceled my kaiser prescription thinking Wisp will give me what I want. When I got to the pharmacy they told me the prescription is different. The one Wisp prescribed was one of the worst with the most side effects. I knew right there I made a mistake going thru this. They refunded me after so many chats and emails. Now after 3 month I see they charged me again. This is just an unnecessary hassle. A mistake!

I took this medication 6 years ago for a UTI. It landed me in the hospital. I was so sick I thought I was dying. I was poring sweat, cold,(it was summer and 100 degrees outside)I had shivers,I profusely vomited, I mean it shot out like I was possessed!!! The Dr. Took all kinds of tests and she found nothing, yet when I got home and I looked up all of the side effects, I had them. I knew it was the cause. I knew it even while they were trying to figure it out!! I'd had a bad reaction to antibiotics before, but nothing so severe as this stuff. I had friends who had also the same medicine and had the same bad experience. I had all the side effects. This should not be on the market. That's all I have to say.

Needed emergency contraceptive, a brand requiring a prescription. Selected a pharmacy they said was 24 hours. Got a notification from Wisp it was ready, drove across town for the CVS to be closed. Came back the next morning, and the CVS couldn’t even fill the order but wisp charged me like they had. Awful company. EDIT TO ADD: My problem isn’t that they couldn’t get what they promised, it’s that I was never contacted about not being able to fulfill the order and had to go on a wild goose chase. Had I not said anything, I probably wouldn’t have gotten my refund, which is deceitful and irresponsible. In addition, the company continues to be deceitful by reaching out to me and asking me to delete my negative review.

I needed same day pharmacy & never even got my pills, the pharmacy didn’t have it ready until 5 days later, happened twice. & I never got my refund the second time.
