If you’re looking for fast results you’re better off just going to the doctor’s office. They say they will review your request in 3-5 hours, but I’ve been waiting for nearly 12 and still no response. I can’t even get a response from a customer service representative. Such a scam.

If I could give a half star I would. I was looking for at home ways to treat my UTI and found this website. I looked at reviews and thought GREAT I don't have to pay a ton of money to go to a doctors office! i should have just sucked it up and went. I have been waiting over 24 hours to hear from a doctor when it is advertised that someone should get in touch with you in 2-3 hours. When I emailed that yesterday they said it would take 3-5. Looking at the reviews today there are new reviews saying the same thing. I did email and leave a message saying that i wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund. They promptly answered my email and said they would do so, we will see if Iam refunded.

Never got the results from my test Waste of time and money

Y’all took my money and did nothing… I trued to get my $$ back and y’all refused !!!! So I paid for nothing !!!!

I thought I was just going to be paying $22 for the Ella you should have advertised that it would be for the consult for the prescription and not the actual medication. Honestly, I would have rather paid the $30-40 for the aftera or the plan B otc. But now I lost out on $22. Obviously, it would have just been better if you were going to ship to my home for the amount. Even with the discount card you only save about a dollar and some change. This is definitely a lesson learned to just go buy the otc rather than use this service again.

Terrible never will order again

Absolutely stunned right now. I, like most people using this service in a pinch am underemployed and uninsured in a moment of medical need. It is not at all clear at any point that you will be paying them their full price for the meds and again paying the pharmacy their full price for the meds. This is so incredibly unethical. When I emailed customer service I received an ice cold email tantamount to “oh well” that also claimed I ordered twice the meds I did so I’m wondering what exactly is going on over there. So disappointed this company is taking advantage of desperate people this way.

I had a really bad experience. They make it look so simple and easy. I got the Ella pill and paid $22 thinking, “wow, cool! Cheap and fast!” But NO. You’re literally paying $22 only for the prescription because when I got to the pharmacy I had to pay $50 aside from the $22. Just save the $$ and get the pill at the pharmacy.
