I was so excited to find wisp only to be disappointed. I ordered antibiotics for a BV on Friday morning at 8:30 am and still haven’t received a response or antibiotics on Monday at 12:30 pm. I was trying to avoid going to my OBGYN as I would have to miss work and the whole process is a long one. At this point, I have no other choice as I can’t stand the symptoms any longer. I read other reviews saying how quickly orders were received but that was not my experience. I wish I would have just called my doctor instead of trying to use wisp. I would not have had to deal with the awful symptoms all weekend.

Not a viable option for emergency contraception. After an unfortunate accident with my primary birth control, I needed to follow up with Ella. There is a very limited pharmacy list on the site. Unfortunately, the pharmacy I chose did not have the pill. A regular doctor's office would have easily called in the prescription to another pharmacy. After contacting customer support multiple times over the past 24 hours, I'm still not able to get access to the prescription or have the pharmacy changed. Emails state their standard response time is 1 business day. 24 hours to resolve a pharmacy issue is unacceptable & defeats the purpose of emergency contraception. If you are going to take a chance on this service, make sure you check with the pharmacy in advance of placing your order. Otherwise you risk pregnancy while waiting on long support resolution times. Update: I received a call from customer service within two hours of posting this review. They claimed their delays were related to their phone systems being down. Unfortunately, by time they got back to me, it was a Saturday & I was unable to locate an open pharmacy with the prescription in stock. My fee was refunded. Although support made it right, I had to go with the less effective OTC emergency contraception. I cannot understate how much more frustrating & stressful they made the situation. Between the scarcity of Ella & long support wait times, I cannot recommend hellowisp in an emergency situation. Make sure you have a week minimum before you order from them.

When I arrived to pick up at the pharmacies I had to pay 3 times more than the price I paid.

Absolutely awful for urgent care. I have a stomach bug of some sort. I’ve been throwing up all day, but I’m also a single mom and my nanny was not able to work today. I found this site thinking “this could absolutely be a life saver!” Because taking my two year old to an urgent care in the midst of a global pandemic wasn’t exactly something I was fond of. It said it was estimated 3-5 hours, not ideal, but not whatever, I might throw the medicine up anyways I can wait a few hours. Well, ten hours later, nothing from the doctor. Customer service did respond and just say “they sent a note to the doctor” but I still haven’t heard anything else. Truly, I feel like I just paid $39 for nothing. I’m still sick to my stomach and it didn’t save me a trip to an urgent care because if I still feel like this, I’ll be having to go first thing in the morning. Maybe it’s good for subscription purposes. I was hoping to be able to use it for other things, like when I get a UTI or other things I would need to go to a walk in clinic for, but based on this, I don’t think that’s realistic. So, if you’re using this as a replacement for going to a walk in clinic because you need something that day, I would not recommend at all.

DON’T SUBSCRIBE!!!! I canceled my subscription in May of 2020, now more than a year later I had an email go to my junk folder welcoming me back and I only found that after they started charging my card again. I’ve tried several times to log in to my account and reset my password, only to be told it’s invalid. I have emailed customer support and attached the email confirming I canceled the subscription, but after a week I still have not received a response. Now I have to go through the headache of canceling my card and disputing this with my bank. This seems like very sketch business practices to me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. UPDATE: After posting this response I finally heard back from them, so lesson is, leave a bad review if you want something done. Contacting customer support by email had no response. After this review they were quick to respond and credit me the funds and cancel my subscription. Just not happy it took a crap review to get an answer.

I have been trying to get a prescription and with zero response. I could not be more frustrated as I was so hopefully optimistic about this website and service. They are confirming any possible doubt I had. Literally trying to use their company for what it clearly outlines and promises to provide. I feel like I would have better luck going to a veterinarian. Feeling like a super sucker and now need to get an in person appointment since I’ve wasted two days waiting for this scam.

I had a subscription for UTI meds, I found out I was pregnant and tried to cancel/get a refund on my latest shipment but to no avail. I ended up getting the box….and it was totally empty. It was a fully sealed box, with literally nothing in it. They refused to give me my money back.

Bought a product, it arrived and the pump doesn’t work therefore no product. I have sent several emails and do not even get the courtesy of a response.
