needed ella, on the fourth day i went to walgreens but because it was chrismas eve it was closed early, when earlier the next day (the last day ella would work), and they were out, contacted customer service and they said that it was “currently out of stock in most pharmacies due to manufacturing issues.” and told me to call the other local pharmacys-that were already closed- to see if they could transfer it. i couldn’t get the pill i had already paid for and received a confirmation email for. i got my 17.60 back but probably pregnant and have already had to spend more to fix this. totally sucks and never using again

It was terrible experience. My health plan was not able to pay for my prescription. The medication would cost $200 out of pocket.

EDITED TO ADD: Their reply is ridiculous because I’m currently talking with them through email and they’re telling me to call USPS and see where the order is because they do not know. Order supposedly shipped on 12/6 it’s now 12/14 and tracking just says arriving late. Obviously I’ve had to seek medical care elsewhere by now. Customer service just keeps acting like this is perfectly normal. Lesson learned. This place is a joke.

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I ordered from them last year and my order came in glass broken bottles and when I was trying to open the box I sliced my finger open on the glass. I contacted the company and told them to cancel my subscription. They canceled my account. This year I thought I'd give them another chance and had to contact them in order to log on. Once logged on I decided not to place an order at that time. 3 days later I notice they have taken $180 out of my account and I never ordered anything. They have been contacted numerous times to stop taking my money out of my account and to refund what they did take. I have gotten $30 refunded. I want my other $150 back. I want my account deleted and nothing to do with this scam of a company which is run by incompetent thieves. Because of they stole my money I have been charged $75 in bounced check fees by my bank and another $75 in fees to the businesses I wrote the checks to. Thanks a lot WISP.

Terrible. Had the prescription sent to Walgreens and they charged me again for the meds. So I was charged twice, by Wisp and Walgreens. Never again! CUstomer service pretty much said Welp! You are out of luck!

Awful it claims it’s 17$ online with a max 20$ copay at the pharmacy and in total the plan b was 73 god damn dollars for a plan b !!!! When I came to this website in the 1st place because I couldn’t afford the original 40$ do not use this website!!!
