I had my consult on Sunday, May 12. Still waiting for the prescriptions and it's May 17. Not thrilled.

I have been using Wisp since around the start of Covid. While I love the convenience, the timing of services has greatly diminished. Virtual wait room times exceed the time it would take to go to a walk in clinic. Given that you're charged a significant fee for the "convenience", given the several hours it can take to get a call, a prescription sent, or a response, I'm afraid it's not worth the money it used to be. I think for people that hold health insurance, it's more efficacious to be seen in person. Giving a three because I think their mission to provide contraceptives and female reproductive care is a fantastic vision. Would score lower if it weren't for that.

I like the fact that it's a subscription box and that I can get medication every 3 months however what I do not like is that I cannot switch what I need without buying an additional subscription.

I’ve been using wisp for 2 years and always had a good experience up until now. Paid my money for prescription, little to no communication, 24 hours passed by and still not communication. Once I asked for a refund that’s when they told me the physicians are backed up etc. they should give patients a heads up before we spend money because have I would’ve known they were backed up and may take some time to send prescription, I would’ve seen an in-person physician. They canceled my order so now I’ll be getting that money back 5 to 10 business which is inconsiderate.

I was left disappointed after seeking care for a UTI with Wisp. I was not treated and was advised to visit an emergency room after my symptoms were reviewed by a wisp physician and deemed unfit to treat online. I immediately visited the ER per Wisps recommendation and was told my symptoms were normal and I had a typical UTI and sent home with standard antibiotics. I am aware that certain medical conditions and symptoms can not be treated without a physical exam but felt a bit misled by their marketing claims of “getting treatment easily” and same day meds as I received neither. Overall I was hoping to avoid a trip to an urgent care or ER by using Wisp as it was a long holiday weekend but ended up losing $65 and 45 minutes of my time trying to provide my personal and medical information and navigate the not so user friendly website.

Service was speedy and meds were there within a few hours, but the price was incredibly high compared to other Telehealth services. Would use about any other service now knowing the prices. Also very pushy with other products not connected to original visit (like plan b when I’m looking for uti meds)

I had a hard time getting a nurse/ doctor to write me back on the messages section. I had to message repeatedly asking for a real reply instead of the generic copied and pasted one. It was very frustrating! Also, the period delay medicine was ($40 through the website and then $15 at my pharmacy). It says to take 3 pills 3 times a day. I wasn’t even able to take 2 the first day without feeling so dizzy and tired. Tried it again the second day and felt the same way. I could not continue. Unfortunately it did not suit me. I also got my period on time due to this and the cramps were horrible and the flow was insane. I will not be doing this again.

Definitely can tell it increases blood flow. Orgasming is something I’ve been struggling with and this is not a solution…but could be an awesome enhancement if you have no trouble climaxing.
