Update: After emailing them like state, all they told me was to be patient. did not offer any help or to ship the items. It has been two weeks and still have not received my medicine. It states in transit, waiting for pickup. They do not tell you, when ordering about the delays. However, they have already taken out my money for product that I may never received.

I really wanted to love this service. I paid for my online appointment on July 2nd it was a Saturday I expected that my order would ship on July 5th. This was not the case. My order didn’t ship until July 11th. I reached out and customer service did reply promptly and stated they were having shipping issues. My medication was supposed to be delivered July 14th. It didn’t arrive until Friday the 15th. The whole process took 13 days.

I ordered medication two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I keep getting emails that it’s gonna get shipped etc etc and nothing!!! Very annoying!!!!

I finally received my package after what took almost a week and a half to get to me, suffering through until my prescription arrived and it's taking longer than I thought for things to work. So not saying doesn't work, just verrrrrrrrrrrry slowly!!!!!!

I had to work while the pharmacy held my prescription and they sent it back. I still haven’t gotten it yet and I’m probably not getting my $15 back either.

I never received the items I ordered.

I placed an order and 2 weeks later I still have no update on this order and continues to say it is being reviewed by doctor. I would not use this service again based on this.

It’s been over a week and my order never even showed as shipped. When I asked, the company tried to claim USPS lost the package and that they would send another. They didn’t specify even a vague timeline and I still don’t have tracking info or anything. If you live in a red state or are trying to find affordable emergency contraception while you are still able to legally purchase it, I urge you to look elsewhere because using this “service” has just become a huge hassle and is wasting time not every person with a uterus in the US may have right now. Edit: at the time of the response from the company, I was already in contact with them, and they were not being helpful at all. It’s been another week now and the original package they claimed USPS lost has been scanned as delivered but I have STILL received nothing. They told me days ago they were sending a second package because the original one was missing, yet that second package is (as they themselves admitted) sitting at the pharmacy after a week. At this point I’ve already ordered from somewhere else and I’m just working on figuring out if I need to report them to the FTC or someone else for fraud because this is absolutely unacceptable.
