I felt like I almost saw death. My body reacted so harshly to this pill and come to find out, it was recalled in 2009 for being dangerous snd causing blood clots. My heart rate was through the roof and sometimes over 100 when I was sitting the whole time. Thought I would die.

It took 3 weeks to get the medication and if I had not contacted them back I guess I would have never received it. By the time I did get it the issue was cleared. Not sure what happened.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from here because they make you late like you have all time it's not even worth it this place is full I ordered something and they told me two or three days now they tell me whenever to the hospital instead of wasting my time. Still haven't returned my money. it's been months.

I placed an order for 3 items in mid June. After waiting a week I was told there were delays with the pharmacy and meds could be sent to my local pharmacy which I opted to have done. The email stating that my order was cancelled and would be issued a refund was super confusing considering I was later informed that I, in fact would not be receiving a refund. I do understand that the charge is for the service but maybe to avoid confusion in the future with other customers, the wording should be changed in the notification email that tells you your order has been switched from shipping to local pharmacy pickup. Only 2 of the 3 were sent in because one of them has to be specially made in the wisp pharmacy... But I was not informed of that and had to again email customer service to get this information. My 3rd item still has not arrived and it is now August 7th. It says a shipping lable was created July 27th, but USPS is still awaiting item. While getting the medication prescribed online without having to go through a humiliating doctor appointment was beyond appreciated, the process of actually receiving the medications has been less than satisfactory.

I had high hopes for this service. I requested a common medication to control menstrual bleeding and was denied with no information as to why. When I looked up the physician who denied the request, it turned out that he has multiple specialties from allergies to dermatology - but his experience does not appear to be in obgyn or internal medicine. I am not even upset about not getting the prescription - I can get it from my regular doctor and tried Wisp only in the hopes of being able to pick it up for the weekend. I am upset about receiving a cut and paste message that my request was denied with no further information, and I am upset that it was reviewed by a physician in a specialty unrelated to my issue who is not an expert in the necessary field. Perhaps it is just as well that the request was denied. Also - if it was denied because this is a specialty medication that shouldn’t be prescribed by telehealth, it shouldn’t be on the list of choices.

Needed Ella within 24 hours as time was running out. They sent my prescription to my regular pharmacy which was out of stock. It’s not their fault but it clearly says they’ll make sure it’s in stock or refund you. So then they told me to call around to find it in stock which was kinda hard being at work and trying to be discreet. I found one in stock and they took hours to reply and told me they will send it in the morning since the store was closing soon. I had emailed them 3 times there was more than enough time to get it that day had they replied. So I get to the pharmacy and their discount card doesn’t work I notify them through email and they disregard that part of my email. On their website it says you could pay $5-$10 co pay well I had to pay $50 because my insurance didn’t cover it. On top of paying the $22 for the prescription. So at this point I’ve spent $72 when I could’ve gotten it for free and same day at planned parenthood. To add then threw up the medication and the next day they replied to my email and told me to get the app and wrote the doctor. Pretty much an expensive waste of time do not recommend

I had medicine I needed prescribed and it was taking them forever to ship it which I paid 60 for…I reached out to support and had them switch it to a pharmacy and was told I would be refunded for this order…went to the pharmacy paid $3 for the same medication…I was never issued a refund now support is saying I won’t get a refund why should I pay for something I didn’t receive…I wouldn’t use this sight highway robbery! And they don’t refund you when they screw up!

I placed an order for medication and 4 days later my meds still haven’t been shipped. I’m very disappointed in this company
