Ordered the acyclovir cream and was heavily disappointed by its size. The pump on the cream BARELY works and I keep going back to this bottle PRAYING I’ll get more out of it but it is just pumping out air. Highly skeptical of the amount of medicine that comes in this because it only gave me a pea-sizes amount the first two times.

I ordered a time sensitive drug that was supposed to get to me in 2-3 days. I got it more than a week later. Needless to say, my plans were ruined.

Only took two and I woke with a crampy stomach, nausea, actually almost puked, lightheadedness/dizziness and pins and needles in my legs and hands. No idea if it interacted with my medication or it’s just not suit for my body. But I should’ve listened to all the bad reviews. I have to leave for vacation soon and now I feel like absolute crap. All this to delay my period. Should’ve just let it go.

I order medication, was notified it was sent to the pharmacy and would be ready in a few hours. I ended up not going until the next day and they could find no record of it. I called the assistance number on the Wisp RX card I was given and the lady was so rude, didn’t help me at all, said she was transferring me and hung up. There’s no phone number to call on their website only an email. I’m not sure if this is a scam or what.

If there was a way to leave no stars and comments I'd do that! I placed an order 7/28 I get an email saying my order has been processed and waiting to be picked up by USPS. Here we are 8/13 with no change. I email them and keep getting the same exact email word for word every time which is not helpful. They took money out of my acct but can't seem to communicate with me about what's actually going on. Do NOT recommend using wisp!

Seemed too good to be true and I was right. They say you’ll receive your order in 2-3 days. A week later I contact them and they say theyre having trouble with shipping, then magically I get an email it shipped. Two days later I look for tracking update and it says a shipping label has been created. Still not shipped smh I already paid for it so I’m not interested in having it called in to my pharmacy to pay even more. I can imagine what it’s like trying to get a refund from these people

I placed an order over a week a half ago and they still haven’t shipped out my order.. VERY disappointed and will not recommend to anyone
