I’ve been getting my EC through them for the last several times since oopsies happen from time to time. All of sudden now I’m denied for the pill and no explanation other than an in-person care for an EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTIVE??? THAT I HAVE GOTTEN BEFORE WITH THEM? Now I’m out $22 but hey, now I have anxiety from trying to find a way to get a prescription for this pill because now they’re denying me. So yeah, at least I got that, but I usually get that for free.

BEWARE!!! They charge you for a script and then deny you the script. This is fraudulent in my opinion, you are warned!

Wasted my money, they didn’t even send my prescription to the pharmacies. They constantly had me sending them new pharmacy information for the same turnout..happened for 3 days straight I would go to pick up and the pharmacist says they have nothing for me. Kept emailing back and forth and still has no help

When choosing the “ASAP” option for medication, don’t expect to ever get it. Even when you say you’ve had the same issue before, the provider will decide you don’t know your own body and refuse to prescribe you anything. Not only that, but they will hold your payment for 5-10 days, despite receiving no actual care or services. This company is more useless than the CVS Minute Clinic, and one hundred times more useless than health care in all of America.

While the ease of obtaining the prescription was seamless and what I got it for worked the aftermath will make me never use it again. The pain I experienced waiting for my period to come back, was almost unbearable.

Subscriptions takes 2 weeks to get now, it normally came either next day or 3 day shipping; other meds are being sent to the pharmacy which isn't my doorstep and also delays the easy access based on the pharmacy. The ease in being treated is the only great thing. You're paying for the subscription and when it's sent to pharmacy you have to pay additional fees.

Was great for a while, the doctor gave me a prescription for Allopurinal for the occasional flare up of gout in my big toe. Then when I moved and needed to change pharmacy location they quit filling my prescription and said I needed to go see a doctor in person for another refill??? I completely don’t understand since the wisp doctor prescribed it in the first place??? What the heck, I thought this was the whole purpose of this site.
