After showing photos of STI signs and symptoms the provider just recommended to follow up in person or an urgent care. The whole point of consulting tele health was to avoiding having to do so for numerous reasons. Why have a service to help, but not actually help. Very disappointed

I never received the medication. Very disappointed.

I recently signed up for a birth control subscription on Wisp. What was not made clear during the sign up process was that there would be an additional co-pay at the time of the pharmacy pick up on top of the $15 subscription fee. Had I known this, I definitely would not have signed up for it. Their website is incredibly misleading (I was led to believe that $15 would cover the three month supply of birth control pills). I turned to this website after my insurance (Caremark) kept refusing to cover birth control for no good reason. I am honestly losing hope

This site is a fraud! I paid 65 dollars for a medication that the pharmacy never received or even has heard of this company.

Was having a great experience until the the medication I had paid for was backordered and I was never told. It was a very time sensitive subject foo.

really disappointed at this site, and at myself for spending money and time! don’t recommend at all.. it took 10 days for my order to be shipped and it’s still not here.. i had to order somewhere else, and my order came in 3 days!!!!!

Seemed like a great option at first when I needed assistance early morning. But the consultation (if you can even call it that) consisted of two separate doctors asking me one question over the course of multiple hours. I was then diagnosed off of one symptom seemingly ignoring all other medical questions I asked. They seemed more interested in trying to sell me their subscription and charge me for an overpriced medication (I researched it for a fraction of the cost even without insurance…) than actually give any medical advice. When I said I was unsure and asked why I would need a subscription to a one time problem, they just stopped responding to me. I even tried to reach customer service and have been met with silence. Nothing about the doctors I spoke to seemed professional and unfortunately this entire experience felt like a scam. $40 for a “consultation” where my questions and needs were completely ignored just so they could sell me a $65-$70 prescription that I didn’t even need?! (otc meds ended up working just fine as prescribed by my regular doctor the next day). I thought the virtual appointment would be time and cost efficient but I was so wrong. I will never recommend this company and have warned all my girlfriends to steer clear.

This company has gone downhill & are no longer safe to use if you have a issue with infections. The last two times I ordered it took almost a week for them to ship & then it took another 4 days to arrive. How can you possibly expect someone to wait that long when dealing with infection Horrible & Negligent. So just an update. 3days after I posted this & order still has not been shipped. What kind of Pharmacy does this to people waiting for medication. They offered to send it to CVS but they cannot even send Boric acid to Outside pharmacy so that is absolutely useless.
