I spent $80 on prescriptions for a UTI and fluconazole. And then I had to go and spend $60 at the pharmacy. They made it seem like the medication was included. This is a big rip off. I could’ve just went to the urgent care. This is a scam website. Beware

This platform is a scam. They charge $39 for the doctor to tell you to go see a doctor.

All is well. It was hard getting in touch with someone to call you but in the end, it all worked out.

First time using this service. Could not get a doctor's appointment for over 30 days. I was leaving for an international trip and needed to be seen. Found Wisp online and decided to try it. Sent a doctor's request on a Sunday at approximately 10:30 am. The website clearly states that they respond within 2-4 hours M-F and up to 24 hours on the weekends. Did not hear from them 24 hours later. I emailed support and received a response 4 hours later, apologizing and stating that I was now being prioritized and in the doctor's queue and to allow another "couple of hours". Another 4 hours passed. 36 hours later, I was desperate, so I went to Urgent Care. After waiting 2 hours, then being told that they did not have an OBGYN or anyone capable, I would have to wait at least another 4 hours for a shift change. It was late and I left. I followed up with another email stating the response time language on their website and asking what was the hold-up. I received an email stating that a note was sent to the doctor and then asking what medication was I requesting. I specifically indicated during the process that I was not exactly sure, but everything seems to point to one thing. I reiterated what the issue was. This morning, 48+ hours later, I received an email stating that my request is rejected with no communication from a doctor, and told that I need to go to a local doctor. This service is a joke. It may work if you are positive about your condition, but if you check that it could be this or that, good luck if do not have the luxury of waiting a month for a local doctor. They end each customer service email with a stupid emoji. When you are ill and use an emergent service 48+ hours is unacceptable. In a few hours, I would have understood. I will never do this again. I am off to the ER. I am truly upset.

paid $65 to be told to go to urgent care for antibiotics for a UTI. That kind of defeats the purpose of using wisp at all. Definitely won’t use them for anything else ever.

I have a UTI and literally had to email customer support since I waited the 24 hours. I get a back handed response And then am told I was rejected. Biggest waste of time and now I’m waiting for my $65 refund.

Went on the website to get help regarding a UTI. The provider just recommended to follow up in person or an urgent care. What a waste, from a basic questionarie that doesn't even cover many health question to a quick automated response providing nothing. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF TIME. STAY AWAY.
