Would Give 0 stars if I could. What a useless site. What is the point of ordering a medication from you with a discount if I still have to pay full price at the pharmacy on top of what you initially charged me to go through you ?

I thought all i had to do was answer questions and pay for the prescription and consult. I still have to go to a lab to get tested. I thought i could get treated from home not have to go anywhere.

I have no problem or interest in your products my complaint is with your radio ads. “This is your vagina speaking “ and “ I just went to heaven “ are disgusting and demeaning to women. It would seem that you could promote your product and help women without degrading them.

Initially I requested to have prescription picked up at the pharmacy, thinking the co-pay would be no more than $25- $40. Wrong! It was as much as what I paid for the medication, after applying a discount. Therefore, I requested to have the medication mailed. I allowed not only 3-5 days, but an entire 9 days before I followed up for a tracking number, only to be told my order was not even processed. Highly disappointed with the services received. As an extension to “healthcare” I would have expected better tier service.

I wish I could leave zero stars as this website is a fraud and their "doctors" do not provide any benefit to the patients.

Put my information in, paid the $40, was never contacted or received anything from the site. They took my money and provided no service at all. Completely fraudulent.

I went to urgent care. Got diagnosed with Bladder infection and E. Coli. Got prescribed the real version of bactrim. It’s not helping so I asked for something stronger like cipro and something for the pain (AZO) and the NP recommended I go back for an in person visit. It was almost like it was scripted. So you mean to tell me I paid you $70 to tell me you can’t help me and to go see a in person doc. What a Rip Off!

I recently gotten pregnant while I was on this birth control….horrible feeling and will not use it again!
