I’m happy with wisp and have been for YEARS, however I used to be five stars and very happy with them. Unfortunately I no longer can request a Dr visit and I’m having a heck of a time getting refills on previous prescriptions that used to be refilled through “wisp care” non feminine products and Physicians care that costs $30 per visit. It’s not helpful unless for birth control or the basic balancing wash , or hygiene care. Sadly , I’ve been dealing with a glitch that stops my ability to move my request past wispcare, after BEING CHARGED.. for approximately 6 months or longer.. I’m charged the $30 and then it gives me an error that “an existing request is pending.,& UNABLE to move further with care form”. This has prevented the prior requests on basic refills , non wisp medications .. I’m unfortunately having to search for new acne providers as well due to no longer providing doxycycline treatments. But thank you for the prior years .. member since wisp was a new site solely for birth control and wisp would ship probiotics in beautifully designed heavy” glass “ or great medication bottle that I still have ( opaque with white lid, that held probiotic)

I have really appreciated the opportunity to be able to treat UTIs and yeast infections without having to visit the doctor frequently. I have frequent issues with both of these and it has brought me some solace and relief to be able to use Wisp and not have to wait on a doctors appointment or my doctor to approve something that I could really use. My only negative is that I did notice Wisp supporting abortion. I know it is a delicate subject, and that not everyone agrees about it, which is why I wish Wisp would take a impartial stance on abortion, to more equally represent all of its clients. knowing that Wisp supports abortion is something that might lead me to stop using Wisp.

Smooth ordering process but they don’t tell you that you still have to pay $41 apart from the $39 you paid to them so yeah about $80 total

Be careful when checking at. It asked many questions if you need to add creams or plan B. I accidentally left the plan B option checked and paid for it not knowing what it was because it goes by the drug name. I’m out $40 dollars for a pill I will never use because I cannot get pregnant and most of my friends are on the pill or have taken proper measures to make sure they wouldn’t need this.

I was using this medication for my vacation in Hawaii, and it didn’t end up working quite as expected, but it was okay. I started taking the medication as directed 3 days before my period was going to start. I ended up having spotting instead for 3-4 days and then no period at all. My actual period started again 3 days after I stopped taking the medication. I find spotting to be even more annoying than a period, but it didn’t ruin my trip. It just wasn’t as convenient as I hoped for.

Any other time I’d leave a 5 star review as wisp has always been my go to. The other times I’ve ordered, my order was filled asap and things went smoothly. I’ve recommended them to a lot of people. However, this time that I ordered, I’m not really sure if it’s that they are getting more customers than they can handle or what. But it’s taking extremely long for my order to be filled. I use wisp because it’s fast and I can count of them to get the medications I need quickly without having to wait on an appointment from my doctor that may be weeks away. I’ve sent an email in which they said my order would be pushed to priority and I’ve still haven’t gotten my prescription sent to my pharmacy and it will be going on day 3 tomorrow. I’m highly upset and disappointed.

I've never had an issue with this site before, it's so easy to use. However, I recently just reopened my account to start birth control again. I paid for it but when I went to pick it up I couldn't get it because it cost another 72$. I'm not sure what to do. Can I get a refund or try a different birth control they might allow me pick up?

These worked for what I needed them for but pleaseeeee beware!! Once my period did start I had cramps like no other! Doubled over in pain the whole time. I had to take meds multiple times a day just for pain I even eventually got a heat pack. As a single mom I can’t but I definitely should have called off and been in bed to sum up how painful that experience was. It works for sure but I would weigh my options before jumping to this again lol
