It wasn't totally clear that I had to pay again when picking it up from the pharmacy. Ended up being incredibly expensive, much cheaper to have it shipped to my house like I did last time. Won't use that service again. Which is unfortunate bc there are some things you can't wait 3-5 days for.

My first purchase went seamlessly. I should have been able to simply recreate the same order, instead I had to jump through hoops. And I still don't have my prescription.

I had ordered this product before. I recently ordered it and it was not like last time. This time the product had s burning sensation and was very irritable. It gave me a rash. It was s very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I don't know what they changed but it's for the worst

My order hasn’t arrived, though text messages say it arrived days ago.

Could have been better. A physician asked me a medical question and I replied immediately (within one minute). Right after I answered his question, he ghosted me. I didn’t get any further replies or service from him. For hours I kept saying ‘hello?’ in the chat to no avail. His lack of response delayed me receiving treatment in a timely manner. The next day customer service assigned me a new physician.

Two stars (instead of one) because the process was very easy to order and obtain necessary approvals, but unfortunately this cream does absolutely nothing for me. I’ve tried it three times and literally NOTHING. So needless to say a disappointment and I would t recommend.

The package takes too long to get to you by the time it arrived I had healed on my own. A waste of money.
