You’re basically paying for the prescription and if you pick up the medication at your local pharmacy, that’s another separate charge. I have insurance and they said it wasn’t covered through that service. Wasn’t worth it for me! I’ll take the loss though, ended up paying more than purchasing the emergency contraceptive over the counter.

Overpriced, just use a regular telemedicine app. I had a BV and needed a prescription, I decided to give Wisp a try and was told the price was $108 plus whatever the pharmacy charged for the medication. I refused and went with a telehealth provider. I actually had a phone conversation with the doctor and the consultation fee was $35. At the pharmacy I paid another $40 for the prescription, and it could’ve been even less if they had the generic.

If I could give -5 starts I swear I would. This company COMPLETELY ignores you as a patient. I placed 2 orders and my first order a 1 on 1 consult for an STI has been ignored entirely. My second order for face cream has been the only one they have given a crap about (talk about crappy priorities) now Ive spent all my money with this company I have still got 0 antibiotics. I make 100% sure to include how important and the whole point of me ordering through this company was because I can't go out during the week and we have not got any 24 hour pharmacys in my area and yet EVERY message I've sent has been ignored or they talk about the face cream. Now I could end up with some wonderful side effects from this up to and INCLUDING Sterility, SEVERE UNMANAGEABLE PAIN, SEPSIS, AND DEATH. 👍 BUT YEAH IM SURE ILL GET THAT FACE CREAM SOON. DO NOT use this company because they advertise themselves as being a 24 hour a day option. They don't give a single crap about you or your situation. They'll sit back keep your money and ignore you for hours on end and act like it's totally not their problem. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company has a nice little money racket going using your wallet. I needed a 1 time script antibiotic. The doc gave me a 7 day only when I needed a 14 and didn't provide refills. Well assuming the doc was doing the right thing I took it as prescribed and my condition didn't go away. In fact it came back two more times leading to two more rounds of "visits". Then they tell me the company doesn't provide any more than a 7 day supply no matter whether your doc writes it. In addition they give 0 refills for your $85 visit without you having to "subscribe" quarterly for ANOTHER $45 every 3 months. When I brought this up they claimed they don't tell the doctor how much supply to prescribe but that's absolute bs. Then when I asked about a 14 day supply they added another $20 to a problem they didn't treat the first time. Beware dealing with this company and go elsewhere for cheaper where you might actually get what they tell you you're paying for. Follow up: the company then calls me after I post this review all of a sudden telling me it's no cost and they will send me a 14 day SUPPY and they absolutely lied to me. The med I needed was 2x a day for 14 days and they sent me 14 pills instead of 28 thus lying to me once again. Bonus; they also admitted to allowing their customer service agents to communicate with you in their messaging portal that's supposed to be for doctors only. So beware! Non doctors get to read your personal information instead of sending you a seperate message. This company wouldn't know honesty if they took a course in it. Will never deal with again and if you don't want to be scammed then you should stay as far away from these horrible people as possible.

Absolutely horrible with writing scripts and giving therapeutic doses according current research. As a nurse and researcher I don’t have time to go to dr for treatment and thought this would be great. They do it fast and send meds fast however the meds are not enough for typical (uncomplicated) UTI. They may relieve symptoms temporarily then it will rear its ugly head back up because it was not treated long enough. Even after telling them, I got no where and was ignored. Will not use or recommend again. Ever

Please be advised they are a scam company. They told me they will charge 108 dollars for a medication that costs less than 40 at costco. So instead, I asked that they send it to costco. Then they still charged me an additional 63 dollars on top of the flat 39 consult fee, saying it's a service fee to send the prescription to the pharmacy, so they could still get their 108 dollars. In direct contradiction to what I was told. I have disputed the charge and have filed a complaint at the ftc. Do not give them your payment info unless you want to be seriously overcharged.

first let’s say i switched to a competitor months ago and have never been happier; lemonaid health has succeeded in all ways wisp fails. wisp lost my prescriptions repeatedly: i was constantly on the phone desperately trying to find out why my Rx was sitting at the pharmacy “ready, waiting to ship” for a week after it was supposed to arrive and my last bottle was empty. what kind of company just fiddles around with time sensitive meds? (lemonaid has had no such issues, which brings us to…) wisp just kept making up excuses about the pandemic: i got so tired of the failures and lack of support at wisp that i changed to lemonaid health, which has been 100% on time, proactive about early shipping to compensate for pandemic and transit delays, and has never lost or messed up a refill. wisp is unreliable and untrustworthy and fully willing to make excuses for their failures: amazingly, lemonaid must be operating in a world without postal delays or a pandemic!!! because wisp said that’s why they were so unreliable with my medications and lost things all the time, so lemonaid must operate in a different timeline according to wisp’s customer service/professional excuse team. either that or wisp isn’t quite telling me the truth…. lemonaid has far outperformed this sad, irresponsible, money-grab excuse for a company. also better prices and more reliable care and a better pharmacy. don’t trust wisp with your medical care. there are lots of better options out there.

I paid for the medication on the website. I got it sent to the pharmacy for ASAP pick up, because I'm in so much pain. The pharmacy told me that I would have to paid for the medication again, because they said that I just paid for just for the teleheath. My recipe had nothing for them to scan saying that I've already paid for it. I'm so upset right now, because I'm in so much pain. I have no insurance, which means I have no other option but to sit here in paid.
