$70 dollars for 5 pills (generic valacyclovir) is an absolute rip off. When you are putting in the order they do not make it clear how many pills you are getting but I figured I'd try it out anyways. However I definitely did not expect to receive only 5 measly pills for the $70 they were charging. Seems very deceptive to not make it clear what you are getting for the money you're paying. If the pills are expensive that's fine but at least make it clear what we are getting when we place the order.

The orders take FOREVER to ship!!! This is a great service and customer service answers inquiries pretty fast and efficiently BUT… when you place your order it often takes over a week (7 days) or more before it is even shipped, even though they charge you immediately after your order. Amazon is now offering pretty much the same service to get antivirals, uti meds and many others with doctors and everything. I’m sure they won’t be taking forever to get those orders out! So if you order with wisp, you could be looking at 2 weeks easy, before you even receive your order. SMH. I’d like to continue ordering from them but I’m now researching other options like Amazon to get my antiviral meds, because the wait time here is ridiculous!!! It’s a shame that such a great service could start loosing good regular customers… severely reducing the quality of their services due to such super slow processing and delivery of their orders.

I've been taking this med to stop my period for my vacation. Still got my period and it's actually lasting longer than usual. I got it the day I arrived on vacation and still have it 6 days later. I go home in 2 days and it doesn't seem to be letting up. I'm very disappointed.

Your company’s very confusing. Why pay $22 when i still had to pay another $60 at the store? I’m very dissatisfied

I didn't get my pill. The pharmacist said it wasn't in stock and would be more than the $22 dollars advertised. I feel like this is bad advertising, and a bad representation of a morning after pill. I wasted money and it sucked.

Didn't approve antibiotics treatment for a UTI, even though their website says they treat UTI's via antibiotics. Filing a chargeback with my credit card company, WISP is a scam They tell you to "email them" and they never respond to emails. No phone number either.

It's totally up to you to trust this or not. My experience with this company is unsatisfactory. I have been messaging non-stop for a week now without any reason to get my order number or something that tells me my order is on the way. Yet, there's nothing. Forget this. Go to a planned parenthood and save yourself a headache of waiting months before you absolutely have to run out of prescription pills.

Very disappointed, they didn’t take me serious and stole my money, leaving me with no prescription. I’ve been through them before and it was great. Honestly very upset.
