I’m very uncomfortable with the experience I had today with Marie L on 4/5/2023 @12:55pm EST. How is it that I was told my order was cancelled and that I’d need to be seen in person due to having had cancer in the past, and that I should discontinue all estrogen products… when I never informed Wisp that I had cancer, let alone what kind. “Your doctor has noted a history of cancer, you should probably discontinue products and refer to be seen in person.” What notes? When I asked which doctor said that, I was given an automated response that did not answer my worrisome inquiry and made me even more uncomfortable that I wasn’t given this information about MY doctors regarding MY medical history. HIPPA violation? Not sure but not informing me who you got that from is disconcerting. Also, are your representatives supposed to give out their own medical opinions? I’m looking into possible legal guidance/advice regarding this because that’s very suspicious. I cancelled my subscription immediately. -edit update- I have screenshots of the conversation since you lied about emailing me a copy of the transcript. Also not sure why it won’t keep the date of the incident I selected. This occurred on 4/5/2023 @12:55pm est.

I didn't receive all the products I payed for be careful when shopping with these people

I've been trying to order medications for BV and a yeast infection, but everytime I get to checkout it says that the session has timed out or there was something wrong with my information. Either way, I haven't been able to get through even ordering anything, let alone wasting money. I don't want to leave a bad rating, but I can't understand how this keeps happening and somehow only to me.

Scam company. All the good reviews has to be fake. They take your money- then say go see a doctor. Duhhhh thats why I paid you clowns.

This company is fraud. Beware! I am trying to order a medication and they will charge you a huge amount which is different from what they are advertising. The people are so unfriendly and do not care with your situation at all! Micah sent me a generic email and did not read my emails at all. I needed help and they did not even bother to read my whole email. They promote fast and easy medical help but their people are uncaring, unprofessional.

Have no problem popping out dangerous pills without disclosing the risks of blood clots ESPECIALLY in those like YAZ and Yasmin. But cant sell spermicide for a diaphragm.

Wisp ran my HSA card for Two amounts then credit those same two amounts back within the same day after cancelling my subscription. Days later 8 charges by NY Walgreens company for over 1000$ in charges in one day. Will never buy from them again.
