Do not do this to your body, this is so unnatural

It mentioned shipping time 3 to 5 days and I've been waiting for more than 5 days and still haven't received it yet and I wanted to do a cancellation and it doesn't look easy and I am still searching for cancellation

I had a consult and lab testing ordered through Wisp. I was not contacted by Wisp after the results came in, so I had to send the results to them myself. In order to get prescription treatment for my infection, they requested another $65 charge to review and send the order to the pharmacy, despite that being included with the initial consult. As they take 3 hours to respond to every message (no matter how fast you reply), don’t seem to review previous messages to understand the situation, and there is no number to call for faster troubleshooting, it will have been at least 2 days since the lab results came in until I will receive treatment while I remain in physical discomfort. Next time I will just go to the doctor’s office.

I ordered the OMG cream. The process of getting the cream was easy, however it was a waste of money. I’ve used it multiple times and have noticed no increase in sexual pleasure or stimulation to the clit. It smells like icyhot, that minty menthol smell. The bottle is very tiny and depending on how often you have sex, don’t expect the cream to last more than a week or two. Also the texture is more of a gel and not a cream. Response to company response: I actually emailed you guys first and you responded to my email so I’m unsure of the generic copy and pasted response of why you said you you’ve been trying to get in contact with me?

Worst service ever. First of all, the answers from their consults could reach you out in 6 to 12 hours. Then, there are additional fees that wisp don’t warn about . They just charge it from your card and this is it. Consults totally don’t care about your issues, they just prescribe you antibiotics without even questioning what is your real problem .

One of the questions asks how many UTIs you have had and since this was my first I answered honestly. Doctor denied me meds based off that answer and told me I needed a urine test. Not very helpful and if that’s the case they should say that on the site. Took 6 hours to get that response too. Follow up: they called to “resolve” by asking me to take down my review. I said no as it could help someone not waste time on trying to get help for a UTI.

Didn’t work for me. It just gave a cooling menthol feeling which was almost unpleasant, and it irritated my boyfriends penis. No go for us. Update: I was happy to know that I did receive a phone call with the company trying to make things right. My only complaint was that I was asked if I could take down my review after the issue was fixed. I thought this was unfair as it was my experience and opinion, and I would like to let other people know that there could be potential side effects. I also received an email stating that there was a possibility my review could be taken offline. I think removing negative comments is false advertisement, and I really do not appreciate someone trying to take my voice away from me.

Not sure what changed but as a lot of others whose reviews are late 2022 - 2023, they basically will charge you immediately and then tell you to go see a doctor in person. I tried ordering twice even with different responses and received a copy and pasted response both times instructing me to be seen in person for a condition that I never indicated I had with them stating it could even be cancer which is a pretty wild thing to note. Highly would not recommend bothering since it seems a lot of others experience the same where you will just be charged and told to go see your doctor in-person. Also they charged me twice happily before sending me the same copy and paste twice.
