Having abnormal menstrual cycles after taking the period delay pill. The pill worked for the time frame I needed to pause my menstrual cycle but I am now experiencing some issues with the frequencies of my periods( twice a month or more). The response from Wisp team was to contact my doctor and that was all the advice I got.

My order is delayed so I reached out to customer support. I was not given any explanation and she just told me if I want to keep the order. I need my medication! Rhea Collins is sarcastic and hateful and I do not appreciate it. She has no business in customer support. Maybe try a job where you need little to no people skills.

They never shipped my package, it took 3-4 weeks to finally ship it and then they SHIP IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. The customer service people by the name of Ellie Anderson, Grace evens all ignore my emails and I have email tracking so I know they’re being opened. They basically told me oh well figure it out on your own and that they’re keeping my money. My doctor told me she was going to report them. They sent the same fake email about their pharmacy which is not true because they sent me the fake email last year, and in 2021 and 2020. Lol they use the excuse about their pharmacy. The also write the same fake response on here and say send an email to supportwisp but the people who respond ignore you and just say sorry our pharmacy is having problems. So I’m looking forward to my doctor reporting them. Also who ever gets my package will have all my personal information because of the incompetence of this company and their customer service representative

Took them 3- 4 weeks for them to ship my medication and then when they did, they sent it to the wrong address. Then when I reached out to customer services they basically told me oh well figure it out on your own and that they're keeping my $65 dollars

I have been waiting for my order since April 12.. OVER a month now and it has not been shipped. It is not even on the way. First experience here and VERY disappointed. I sent an email and all they said was sorry we will send delayed orders out in the next MONTH. That’s ridiculous! Two months I will have been waiting for my order.

Awful! Don’t waste your time or money. I placed an order on 4/13/23 and STILL haven’t received my order. It says still awaiting delivery pickup. I’ve emailed about this twice now, but still no product.

Absolutely awful. I will never be using this site again. The whole point of this website is to get treatment in the comfort of your home- without physically visiting a doctor. So tell me why I have a simple UTI. So I purchased an antibiotic. They told me in order to get the prescription that I need to go to labcorp and get a urine screening. What???? Beware of this company and stay far away!!!!

Tried to get service here. The profile set up is crazy. To put the year of birth you have to scroll to your year, from 2023 on back, just to get to 2000 takes 5 minutes. Tried to update a profile and it keeps putting me in a medical survey, that keeps askng me about smoking when I said I don't smoke. The whole onboarding process is trying to find ways to upsell you not your medical history. When I try to delete my profile, there is no discernable way, and no matter what I click on it goes to the health survey. This is junk. I went to mytelemedicine.com, and 10 mins all set, said I would hear from a dr. in 2 hours, they called me in 10 mins. On for 5 minutes, and my script is called in no hassle.
