Don’t be scammed. They charged me $80 for medication but then when I went to my pharmacy I had to purchase my medicine again & it only cost $20!! So they excessively charge you & literally just steal your money. Don’t waste your time using this site ——- I’m not able to reply to their response on my review so I will update it here.. again I don’t leave reviews unless I truly feel like other ppl should be awar… they are making it seem as if I had to pay copay/etc. I did not. My 2 charges was 1 for 65 for one medication & then 15 for the other. I have my receipts with details & nothing extra, copay, dr visit or fees were charged. Ultimately I was charged $80 for medicine but my medicine was not paid for & I had to pay for it from my pharmacy & my medicine only cost $20 for both & not $80. Again I was ripped off & I would give 0 stars if I could

Would rate 0 if I could. Predatory site. Will attempt to upsell you 10 times along the way. They will instantly take your money for whatever meds you ask for. Doc denies meds, still they already charged you. Support is a joke. Now stuck waiting to see if I will actually get a refund, so I can go to an urgent care to get the same antibiotic. Save yourself the time and headache avoid this scam site at all costs EDIT: your support is a joke I’ve contacted you several times. You have not been trying to get in touch with me. I have been trying to get in touch with you. Your business model is to charge people BEFORE you even can provide a service. Than have no way to reach anything but a Voicemail box or bots responding.

Used Wisp for the first time and so far we are going on 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my rx. When I contacted them I was told they lost a pharmacy contract but have since renewed with another pharmacy but, had no timeline of when I would get my rx! Seems deceptive and like a bad business practice. I would not recommend using them.

Ladies, don’t waste your time. You’re better off going to your primary care physician. I would love to give the product a review but I never received it and I placed my order over a month ago. I have reached out multiple times to “customer service” which I’m not even positive actually exists considering I’ve gotten nothing but radio silence. Although I’ve had zero communication with an actual person, I have received about 50 promotional emails, yay! Shocking that they’re still pushing people to purchase products that they don’t even have in stock. Bad business. At this point my need for the medication has come and gone. Wisp, since you don’t seem to check your emails….ever, but respond diligently to bad reviews I guess I’ll be that person and ask here. Please refund me, thank you.

UPDATED REVIEW 6/28/23 After my initial review on 6/6 and the consequent response/update, the company sent me a product and processed a refund. However, the product I received was a cream that didn't even look like the first order, which was a gel. So although I received a product, I never really used it as I didn't trust it... And if that is not enough reason to stay away, reps for the company have now reached out three times by phone call, email, and via text message, asking me to REMOVE MY REVIEW... So here it is - No, I do not recommend WISP at all. No, I will not remove my review so you can create a false positive narrative around your poor customer service, and even worse business practices. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ORIGINAL REVIEW 6/6/23 As good as this product is, I have to give it a 1-star review because of how poor customer service is. I’ve been following up on a second order for over a month now, and the answer is always the same “rest assured we’re shipping it out soon”. I’ve asked for a refund and my request keeps being ignored. I've emailed MULTIPLE times, just to get the same canned answer. And evidently, from other reviews, I am not the only person who got dupped here. Keep promising deliveries that will never arrive and refunds that will never be processed.

Still waiting for a prescription

It's been over 2 weeks and I have not received my order. I emailed 3 times, and only received one reply saying there was issues w the pharmacy company you use and I will get an email with shpg information. Still waiting no order received it's been almost 3 weeks, horrible company and customer service esp when someone needs the medication STAT. Please advise updated response.....I have contacted you via email 3 times and no one has responded. Refund my payment please. Thank you. 6/5/23

I ended up paying so much more than a doc visit. They keep adding fees and unnecessary items to my list of meds. I needed an antibiotic. It was sent with a $30 fee for quarterly service, $65 fee for the script? And a $2.00 fee for my co pay. I don’t understand the $65 fee???
