The process was quick and easy. I created my account/profile at 7am and the doctor messaged me and introduced himself. He stated I didn’t need to a virtual appt. I had a prescription sent to the pharmacy by 10am.

I was in pain, knew I had a UTI, but my regular doctor wasn’t available. The doctor I communicated with instead had me give a urine sample and let me know that would reach back out in three days when it was back. I would have been in the ER before the end of 3 days because I was already in so much pain! I found wisp and was able to get the meds I needed. After three days the other doc reached out to let me know I did in fact have a UTI and could get meds. Thanks to Wisp I was already out of pain and on my way to being fully well.
