The website is buggy and there always seems to be an issue with my orders. Navigation/UI is not intuitive and confusing. They don't accept insurance but do accept FSA/HSA. If you have nowhere else to go, use this service. I moved to another online provider that takes my insurance.

I've had some side effects and have messaged the Care Team for 2 days with no responses. It is advertised as 24/7 care. The lack of response and oversight after the initial telemedicine visit is concerning.

Rx was transferred to another location and no one made me aware. Clunky system - will not use again.

Getting a refill can be a nightmare - the site will say that I am due for a refill on "X" date, that date will pass, I will receive no notification of any problems/action needed to take on my end, then I will log back into to the status changed to "renewal failed" with no further context (or again, no notification of a status change). There is seeming no proactive customer service - I believe my renewal failure was related to a billing issue, but why am I not receiving a courtesy email or text to let me know that my payment failed? Wisp users are both patients and customers and rely on the site for efficient and reliable access to their medication.

Caused a whole problem at my pharmacy. Asked me to submit my driver license because I got married and changed my name. Then they didn’t even submit the prescription under my new married name and they submitted it with a completely wrong date of birth.

I used wisp in the past it was a good experience. This time not so much. Just like before it has many specific options. I selected what I wanted treated and paid. I got a message asking for more information. I gave it. Then the provider asked what I was wanting the treatment for. It doesn't give me much confidence in the company when the information I initially selected isn't communicated to the provider.

Do not recommend ordering the At-Home Vaginal Microbiome Test by Daye. The kit says you will have your results in 5-10 days. I sent my Kit in over ten days ago and just got an email that my results will be ready in the next 10 days. Do not order this Kit if you are expecting quick results.

I got double charged and my discount didn’t work.
