If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor customer service, no help when there is an issue, prescription sent to a pharmacy that does not even service the public (just nursing homes). Highly disappointed and will never use again.

The website advertises “Within 24 hours, a U.S. licensed physician will follow up by phone or secure chat and write a prescription (when safe and appropriate).” I signed up, filled out all the required information and still have not heard from anyone going on 36 hours. I’ve had to make an appointment with my regular doctor. So much for convenience!
