I was told that I would be contacted by a doctor within 24 hours and we’re going on four days and I still have not received any word about my prescription that I already paid for. They should not make people pay before they speak to the doctor if the response time is not going to be as advertised.

Did not know I would have to pay TWICE for this prescription. I paid to get it sent to my pharmacy and then my pharmacy charged me for it when I went to go pick it up.

So slow that I ended up getting the prescription without them. Took my money and didn’t respond to my request for 3 days. What’s the point if the pill is suppose to be taken ASAP to be effective?

Absolutely hate the commercials with women acting as men, complete with fake facial hear and obnoxious voices. If the roles were reversed, many people woule probably find this commerical as offensive as I do. These commercials completely turn me off from the brand, and I mute them whenever they come on.

It was once an amazing reliable service that I recommended to family and friends but now its anything but. I have used Wisp for over a year for my birth control subscription, and when I lost my healthcare coverage I used it to get my psychiatric medication for almost 3 months, and it was a god send. Customer service was perfect, the refills were always same day, and when there was issues they would immediately reach out to me or the pharmacy and get it handled. But now, the customer service is non existent, you get robo-messages and denied refill requests with no explanation, and when you ask someone joins the chat and basically says “because we said so.” This is healthcare. They changed my birth control a few months ago without my permission, and without a proper record of it so when I tried to send a message online they sent a new prescription to the pharmacy that charted correctly on Wisp but CVS gave me the exact same wrong birth control. The birth control by the way is completely different, with differing hormone levels every week, and now as someone who has severe periods and severe pain which is on record with Wisp, I am no longer able to skip my periods which I have been doing on my other birth control for years. They are no longer the friendly and reliable company they once were. If you are looking for accessibility it is no longer here.

I ordered the pills hoping to pause my cycle well it didn’t work my period still came down and it’s still here 8 days later. They didn’t work for me and it’s making my cycle stay longer

I opted to do same day pickup for a prescription I needed right away but after 2 hrs of hearing nothing I reached out and they said we get back to u in 1-2 hrs even though it had been longer, then they said ur state requires a call we will call shortly, I reached out several more times every couple hrs and heard nothing and here it is over a day later and crickets... I'm starting to think I was scammed

I am appalled by the lack of customer service with this company. I have been waiting for almost 24 hours without any type of communication from the physician. The company stated that it will take 2-4 hours for communication. The consult was purchased 10/19/23 at 6:30 pm and it is now 10/20/23 2 pm and I have yet to hear anything from the physician
